We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesOnly two things were really wrong and that is how terribly thin the blankets were and no comforter or quilt in the closet. When I ordered one, they told me that bring one that day. They never did then when I called they said I’d have to come get it. I also was very surprised and disappointed. There was no housekeeping because I had left the place trashed Thinking it would be cleaned up before my husband got there. When I asked about it, they said you had to ask for housekeeping. Clearly that’s not standard so I think you guys should let people know of your policy otherwise a place is fine. Missing a piece of art And the bed wasn’t made very well. Kind of sloppy. Nothing too serious just details. But give us blankets, please.

Kind and resourceful desk staff. Manager was adequate. My 1st room needs a update and was a bit worn. Room 303 near stairs. Hard to clean as well. My room the next 2 nites was the suite. Totally clean, newer, less used.

United StatesHot tub was kind of dirty. The staff was ok. We called about there not being towels for the hot tub and the pool. they came and brought one towel. Everybody was super nice though! Be sure not to order room service from the company advertised in the room. It is not their company and I’m not dinging them on that, but that company literally never brought us our food.
The location of this hotel was great! Right by the mall and shopping. Nothing in town was more than a 12 minute drive away. The room was fine. Pretty much what we expected from a room with two beds. I understand housekeeping not coming in every day during the seven day stay. But it would be nice if they could just pop in and empty the garbage.

United States16 metal stairs to get to the second floor and in a different building. I am disabled and had asked for a first floor room. No response received and NO ELEVATOR! I would never stay here again because of the stairs and no elevator.
It was clean, bed comfortable, good location to the freeway, restaurants, and stores.
