They didn’t offer a breakfast, but coffee was available. The location was perfect, being close to the highway.

I honestly can say there was nothing that I didn't like! The motel service exceeded my expectations and it was a joy chatting with the owners!

Great Owners! These are the kind of folks to support for local business. The communication was great, the check in and check out was seamless. The rooms were immaculate; the vibe is low key; mixed with a retro and down to earth feel. Location is great to get to any place in the area!

I can’t complain since they went out of their way to accommodate my situation. Bookings should make it more apparent that the have a restricted pet policy.

I didn’t read part about contacting hotel about pets prior to arrival. They have dedicated pet rooms and all were taken. They however gave me a room that was of lesser quality but all I need was a place to sleep so I appreciate them not just sending me away. For the price, it was great! Their new rooms appeared to be very nice, but don’t allow pets. I’d stay there again during my travels.

Stayed in one of the brand new rooms…wow! They are so nice! Beautifully designed, very clean, very comfortable! The owners are such nice people! Very friendly and offered great recommendations. Accommodated my schedule with a late checkout even in a really busy weekend. Would definitely stay here next time I’m in town. Great room, easy parking, great people, great location!

Wonderful Room and even better staff! Very accommodating of pets as we travelled with our cat. Perfect place to stop on a roadtrip for a great night sleep!

Owners of this motel are so nice people with great hospitality! Our warm conversation in the everning was very enjoyble. Wish them continius success of their business. Room was clean. Actually, place was very quiet to sleep over. I would defenetly stay again in this motel.

We could only stay 2 nights!

We watched the reality show, "Crappie Lake," and one of our reasons to stay in Benton, IL. Watch it, and you will know what I am talking about. Our hosts, Akash and Hiral, owners, are so helpful and were part of the reality show. They are celebs in their own right. We had so much fun exploring Benton and all the places Luann and Sonja featured on "Crappie Lake." All, so much fun!

It’s not overly important but soaps/body wash could have been better.

The owner is the most hospitable person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting-and I’ve met a lot of hotel staff in my years. The beds and pillows are top notch and the room/bathroom were extremely clean. This is an old refurbished motel and has kept the old charm while still being very comfortable

The bathroom was very cold. To be fair, the night I stayed, the temp was in the single digits and the bathroom floors were tiled and no heater in the bathroom to warm the tiles.

The motel was very easy to find and the room was VERY clean and comfortable with a mini frig and microwave and large tv. The owner, Akash, was very personable. He got ahold of me after I checked out to let me know I had left something behind in the room and was able to retrieve the item before I left town.

The room needs heating or an extra blanket for cold days

The owners of the establishment are very cordial and kind. They helped me with several other questions and even booked a driver for a long distance trip. I recommend staying at the Benton Motel. Very well located within the city, close to banks, restaurants and other facilities.

It is close to the railroad tracks and heard the train go through. The room had a stale smell, but was not bad.

The motel was very comfortable and clean and in a great location right outside of a quaint little town. The owners were so very polite, kind, and greeted us promptly upon our arrival for check-in. They made it clear they wanted to ensure our stay at their property met our expectations and if it didn’t ask us to let them know. They are working diligently making improvements and adding additional capacity to their motel. You won’t be disappointed with your stay at this location. When we pass through the area again, we will definitely patronize this family owned business.

Very friendly and attentive motel owner. He was able to accommodate our 10:30pm check in and already had the AC running before we arrived. Great value especially for the price. Perfect for our road trip - right off the highway but no car noise. Comfortable beds. We felt safe and did not feel worried about our car which is filled with road trip stuff.
