Pics on booking werent indicative of the video. The ceilings were a little low but not overwhelming low. No stove top which required eating out all weekend. Online made it look as if the hot tub was included in the rates but was an additional fee. I had to reserve the hot tub 24 hrs in advance and i was skeptical because I was unsure if would have the chance to utilize it. And I didnt so wasted money on a hot tub fee for a hot tub I didnt use. Signal for the streaming of tv was weak and local channels kept buffering.

Area was quiet. Home was descent. Clean and suited my needs as I was traveling out of state for a funeral. Property management was on standby to answer all of my questions and concerns.

When asking questions about location certain responders were snippy and sarcastic. I dont like that there was misrepresentation of fees. Wish the pricing was up front instead of pieced together although good value. Started at $300plus then for the feature hotub close to $1000. I dont like that basement too low for tall persons as myself n plus one.

I liked residence was clean and efficient, great location to the city . Good value, secure location close to businesses , the city and public transport.

Very difficult communication with owner. He can't dive simple answers of our questions, we were waiting for reply very long time. Then owner ordered shuttle in inconvenient time, said, that driver leave pick up zone and thet he would not order taxi again, so we were forced to pay for taxi ourself.

Negative: Unfortunately I had a lot of expectations about this apartment. I stayed two nights in this apartment on Friday in the superior apartment they had a party until 3 am I couldn't sleep, on Saturday they had a party until 4 am. I was there with my girlfriend and my parents, this apartment had a lot of smell of Weed this generated discomfort to my parents.

I wasn’t even able to stay in the property. The owner was completely unreachable. The house will be shared with at least three other bookings and there’s no screening on the people who book (there was a party going on above us). There will be a trailer with a guy who lives there in the patio and you can’t even lock your back door which makes the place feel completely unsafe—adding that the neighborhood is quite dangerous. The property promised parking but there was none. Definitely a terrible experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The address on the listing is not the actual address. I was informed that I would be given the address 2pm day of arrival and it didn't happen. i was sending text on the app to no answer so I had to text the number on the listing. When I received the actual address, I arrived and the apartment the refrigerator was off, The Television in the dining area is not working. In the kitchenette they have as induction cooking plate which requires a magnetic pot or pan to cook with. They didn't know this when I asked them about it. It rained in the area and water was leaking into the toilet area. No attempt of compensation was offered. they only said thank you for letting us know.

The location was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Shower was small but had excellent hot water.

It’s a very nice place! We loved it, cute, cozy, had everything we needed for our short stay! Everything was as stated in the description, so there were no surprises for us. The ceiling is kind of low, but we are not tall so was not a problem . The location is excellent, 7 minutes from Newark Airport, can’t bit it! Easy transportation to NYC with the express bus, you get right to 42nd street, much more convenient then going by car. The parking was shared, but communication was excellent. We used the hot tub and it was great. Make sure to read the full description and the rules, there are additional charges for the hot tub, which is fine and it was worth it! There is a kitchenette, so don’t expect to have a full size oven, however , there was a BBQ GRILL outside, so we had some BBQ and enjoyed the fire pit, which was quite romantic.
