1. Pool closed, was green 2. 1st floor ice machine not working 3. I’m a dog person, have brought my own dogs to dog friendly facilities;however, I was in the lobby & 2 men brought their dog in that had been sprayed by a skunk. A horrible smell, they were in the 3rd room 1st floor. When I walked into my room on 3rd floor, my friend ask where I’d been because I smelled bad. We smelt the smell all night, didn’t sleep well. It would be nice to be compensated a complimentary night. I would stay there again

The ice maker on the first floor was not working. If it's broken, fix it. Otherwise it looks like you don't care. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. So I just bathed off. Outside there really needs to be a comfortable place for smokers to sit and enjoy. Some people still do smoke.
My husband and I were in town to see a show. It was very easy to find. Parking was good. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. The room had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The bed was super comfy and I slept like a dream. Very quiet.

The property wasn’t as nice as the online visuals. The room wasn’t as clean as expected. Mattresses were old, bathroom had rust around the overflow of the bathtub, behind the toilet was gross, there were obvious places that hadn’t been vacuumed. The parking was insufficient when the hotel was full. Upon check in a group affiliated with ours got stuck in the elevator and the employee on shift said that if the door gets stopped it causes it to get off track. She had to turn it off and turn it back on in hopes the kids stuck inside could get out.
The employees were polite, available and accommodating. A/C was ice cold. The lobby was clean, beverages, snacks and toiletries were reasonably priced. The pool was nice.

The rooms smell quite musty and moldy

Only problem was that a roach came from the drain on the bathroom floor but besides that it was a good stay.

I have no complaints. It was a little warm in the hotel but other than that there's really nothing I can think of. Overall I have a good trip.
The location was good. It was close to eating locations, and really close to Walmart. Overall it was a good experience. No complaints whatsoever.

Our king room f bathroom floor was sticky, and I had to wear my slippers cause the carpet was filthy. when we left my slippers were black.

We stayed in room 201. There was rust around the drain in the tub. Several lights were out. Our remote for our tv didn’t work well. The young lady working the breakfast didn’t keep up with the crowd. she didn’t keep the breakfast items stocked.

Their computer system is very much in need of an upgrade! What should have took a few minutes to check in ended up taking 45mins if not longer.

The wifi would not connect, or was not strong when finally connected to a device. But we managed.
Quick and easy check in. We were switched from a king bed and pull out couch to a double bed room for the same price to stay on the first floor. Breakfast was good and warm, lots of variety to choose from. Daughter used the gym and enjoyed the few machines available to use.
