Horrible staff and the king size suite was tiny with a living room the size of a closet and fireplace was as big as a microwave and when it clicked on there wasn’t fire but faint blue light with no heat but worst of all jacuzzi was so tiny one person had to curl up and sit to fit with jets that didn’t hardly work and for $260 I was upset beyond upset bc the bed was horrible too and when I asked to leave the manager said it was 20 yes 20 years old and I would have to pay a list of fees including cleaning when we just walked in and last thing is the pool had screaming kids young and old until late with no adults and no room for anyone to swim

The kitchen in my room didn't provide dish soap so I could clean my dishes. They kitchen could have provided a couple dish towels and a baking sheet for oven.

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly in accommodating any needs, the room was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet as well as nicely outfitted with basic needs like a fridge and microwave. Definitely would stay here again.

Nothing really. If I had to reach for something, the carpet on the room was a bit dated but really who cares when you have a good room.

Had a freezer! Most places don’t seem to.

The front desk lady was awesome!

I loved that it was clean, quiet, and everything was in working order. Huge bonus, the tv in our room was massive and we loved that!

The location is a main highway so the view is ugly but it’s all good.

I really had no complaints for the most part. Breakfast was okay. Your room was great. The location of the hotel was great. For the most part, I was very satisfied.

The only complaint I really had was I believe my room was too close to the elevator. So, there was a lot more noise than I would have preferred. I've stayed at this hotel many times previously and have been very happy with my stay. Overall, I'm still very happy with my stay at the hotel.

It was so quiet. Even though just off highway. Didn’t hear anything. Made my nights sleep wonderful. Breakfast @ 0600 convient for us early travelers. Staff at front desk helpful and cheerful. Made us feel welcome.

The bed was very hard. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The water from the shower came out underneath the shower curtain and all over the bathroom floor. The carpet was worn through in several places and stained in our room. Upgrades would definitely be a good idea. The food was not kept filled at breakfast. The eggs, sausage, potatoes and pancakes kept running out.

Bedroom very hot when we arrived and wouldn’t cool. Bed and pillows hard. Breakfast food kept running out, pancakes, eggs, even hot water.

Pool looked cleaned. But it was way smaller than in the pictures.

Room wasn't ready when we were called in. We had to wait in the hallway for about 15 mins. The ironing board im the room was dirty and had a stain. The room had a bad smell. Room was too small for two queen beds.
