Renovating at the last minute and they moved me in the middle of my stay to the hotel next door. I wouldn’t have minded so much but I work nights and had to come in from work pack move with a hours notice and work the following night.

The first time, we had to go to the neighboring location for breakfast. The first time, the desk clerk was unavailable for at least 15 minutes and when he did arrive, his appearance was very unprofessional as he was wearing ripped jeans that he wore below his butt. There was also a large group of homeless people residing in an area that joined the parking lot.

We stayed on 2 separate occasions. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable each time.

There’s a lot of homeless in the area around the hotel which they can’t control but my vehicle was left alone and they didn’t walk near the cars at all! And only one elevator worked but it wasn’t necessarily an issue.

The property was close to the interstate and easy to locate! The staff was supper nice! Room was clean and comfortable!

Breakfast was good. Omelet {egg, cheese}, sausage, fruit, toast. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower water pressure was awesome! Room was good and cool and stayed that way the whole time.

Elevators need upgraded. Room had an obvious empty space where refrigerator was. Bathtub dripped. First room we were assigned the bed table lamps did not work. Dumpsters right beside entrance. Need to remove Best Western reference.

AC didn't keep room comfortably cool during the night. We reserved 2 rooms. While the rooms were clean, one had a few small ants, the other had many small ants.

The elevators were ancient and felt like they were going to break. The pool was shut down due to an inspection needed. It did its job for us but if you are trying to enjoy the hotel then this is not for you.

The room was great but ants here and there. Soda vending machine was not working and top floor to get ice.

A large dumpster near the main entrance spoiled the overall impression. Judging by the condition of the elevator, there was some renovation going on somewhere in the building.

I reserved two rooms for my family for one night. Check-in took just a couple of minutes. We were given two rooms next to each other. The rooms matched the description on the website. Breakfast was served in a neighboring building.

The hotel seemed run down a little. Some paint can go a long way. (elevator) The refrigerator was very noisey.

Neighborhood felt just a tad sketchy. Front of hotel could use better lighting. Elevator looked like it has seen better days, nicks and scratches. Room AC didn’t work. No on-site breakfast.

It’s right off the highway, walking distance to great breweries and restaurants/bars. Comfy bed. Free, stable wifi.

The building was clearly under construction. The room itself was very clean, but other areas were not.

The elevators looked like something from American Horror Story. The fitness room was filled with extra beds, Shop Vacs & other supplies.

A bit ratty looking, particularly the elevators. Management apparently spends more on function than on looks and I can't really argue with that choice.

We were there for an overnight stop on a long drive. Solid breakfast, vigorous shower. Everything seemed clean and no nasty disinfectant smell. We slept well.

A lot was broken, dirty,out of service. Gym closed. 2 out of 3 elevators shut down Needing refurbishing. Ants
