The breakfast is not inviting,they should have served bacon instead of ham cuz ppl really liked bacon,their waffle mix seems cheap quality,its tasteless,just taste like flour poured into a waffle maker,ham doesn't taste good,sausage is ordinary taste too,no hot oatmeal either,breakfast is a flop!!!parking lot at the back is not well lit,also not much ample parking.

Over all hotel is clean and peaceful,staff Angie on noc shift go beyond her job to assist with the toilet bowl problem,which got clogged at 5am,1st time that hapoened in all my travels and in all the hotels I stayed,staff david helped with the tv remote issue,generally their staff are very helpful inc the Indian maintenance man,very helpful,bed is clean,no bed bugs,flooring is also hardwood,or vinyl ,not carpet and that is a plus esp for asthmatic ppl

Nice breakfast, staff friendly. Only complaint was the first room they gave us was a room that had not been cleaned yet and we checked in after the dinner time but they were quick to fix that and gave us a room that was great.

There was used underwear behind the dresser where the tv is located.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the pool was very nice. The hotel was in good shape and appeared clean.

When I went to check out the next morning the worker had accused me of having a cat in my room. He pulled up some picture he had taken from outside and I told him that wasn’t my room. He insisted it was so I went back to my room while he went outside to the window and was still insisting it was my room while holding up a picture on his phone. My car was pulled up to the door while my boyfriend loaded our stuff up from the hopper and I told him what was going on. The employee was still insisting it was our room and I told him that our car was parked right there he could look to see if there was a cat inside. After a few more minutes he realized it wasn’t our room. I feel like it could’ve been handled differently rather than him sitting there arguing with us.

Property was very nice and clean. Quiet and the food was fantastic.

The remote to the tv did not work besides changing the volume, ended up using my travel Roku to watch tv.

Room was clean and the spa tub was relaxing, the bed was also comfortable and came with a lot of pillows. Staff was also very friendly.

As our friends were visiting us, we moved from the outside area to the lobby. The front desk staff person was playing on a computer and being very loud responding to the game , which was a huge distraction from our conversation.

When I arrived, they gave me a room that was in the process of still being cleaned, so I had to carry all of my luggage back downstairs. I was not happy about that! Then the 2nd room they gave me, the TV didn't work. So I had to wait for the technician to come fix it. However, it was found to have been disconnected from the HDMI. After the two incidents, everything was fine.

It was accessible to what I needed.

Only thing I was disappointed in was that the jacuzzi wasn’t working. I picked this property because of that amenity on my long journey.

It was in a great location for me during my travels. I didn’t get to use them, but it had a cute porch type area with comfortable looking large chairs to enjoy the evening out at. In addition, there was a fire pit and a very nice barbecue to use. If I’d have stayed longer, I definitely would have used them. I didn’t use the gym but all equipment appeared to be in working order and you could see outside while working out. Vending and ice machines all in working order. The lobby had beverages and snacks for sale, quite a selection. The staff were just wonderful, all shifts. The breakfast was hot and tasty, and had many options to choose from: eggs, biscuits & gravy, pancakes with FRESH fruit toppings, FRESH fruit, oatmeal, bagels, toast, juices, etc. A very nice spread for the morning hungry folks. The indoor pool was sparkling clean. They even offered two desktops and a printer in the lobby if you needed it. One last thing I thought was awesome: they had a popcorn machine in the lobby! Upon check in the front desk staff gave me two little bags of dog treats for my two fur babies paws, which was very much appreciated.

All was good.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy but ok. For the breakfast, in order to be considered excellent, or 8+ and up, I'd suggest they pay a bit more attention to details because the ingredients ae already there.
