Facilities are older and the room needs a facelift. Located on a main highway, coming and going required a little patience with the traffic.

Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. Main floor room was nice and close to the door.

Recovering from a broken foot/ankle and we’re supposed to be on the bottom floor. Had to walk up stairs as we couldn’t find the elevator. Someone else got our room even tho they were assigned another room (which we ended up getting) - on the 2nd floor! The bathroom was sooo small! The towels we could see thru. The cost of the hotel room was absolutely ridiculous for what the hotel room looked like. It was very small!!! We paid $310 and it was not worth it!!! Our door didn’t even shut right either! Ugh!

Sheila at the front desk was so nice and so apologetic for the mix up in our room that someone else messed up and she had to fix! She was great!!! Went out of her way to fix it! Other likeables: The bed. The cookies. The coffee machine.

The bed was okay, but not really comfortable.

On the Main Street. Close to restaurants, gas, stations, and not too far from the main shopping strip. Staff was friendly when we arrived. Our room had a loft which mg daughter enjoyed. It was nice to have a separate bedroom area. The hotel is clean and safe.

The room was full of dust, carpet was filthy, pillows were old and needed replaced. Afternoon concierge was self absorbed and not helpful. Seemed not to want to be bothered with guests.

The location was convenient. Concierge on check in was informative and friendly. Lady that did breakfast was efficient, friendly, and helpful.

The location is great and there is a van which provides transport to the downtown area. All the staff were great, especially the lady who took care of the breakfast bar. Breakfast was wonderful!

The bed in our room was old and warn out, it killed both mine and my wife's back to sleep in it. Other than that we have nothing but positive things to say about your hotel and we will definitely be back again.

The ice machine was small so didn’t produce enough ice for the hotel. We were there for softball tournament and we’re never able to get any ice from our hotel due to others filling coolers.

Breakfast was ok the French toast and biscuits were not in warmer so I had to toast the French toast to warm it up. Location was great but for the price I thought there would be more. The one worker charged my whole card after saying my friend and I were splitting then said there was nothing she could do. Finally manager helped and fixed everything. I really read the reviews so my expectations coming into this hotel were very high I was disappointed when getting here. But everything else was great. My fridge was not working when we got here as well but they were fast acting and the maintenance came in and fixed it and had it running by the end of the night.
