We enjoyed our stay. There wasn't anything that we didn't like regarding our stay.

Breakfast was fine and as expected. Loved the pool and the spa area. The location was easy to find from the highway.

We asked for extra wash cloths to do us for the weekend so we didn’t have to ask for cleaning service. We were given two extra washcloths to do us for three days.

When my husband asked for an extra roll of toilet paper, the person at the night desk was short with him and questioned why he needed it, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. When I initially booked the room, I requested extra toilet paper and pillows, and received a confirmation email stating that the request would be happily fulfilled. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience during the stay.

The property was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed the enclosed patio by the pool, complete with sun loungers, a picnic table, and a cozy bench. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty and satisfying. I also appreciated the little extras like popcorn and cookies in the evening—such a thoughtful touch! The woman who checked me in was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a great first impression.

Very clean. Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on motorcycles and they were very accommodating so our bikes could be parked right in front of the building under the pavilion area where you check in.

"pet-friendly" hotel where pets are not allowed to be in many areas or left alone in a room and the staff does not like dogs.

Not sure how clean our second room was as we found a bottle of shower gel on the floor in the main room and a few make up items on the floor in the closet. The bathroom and beds seemed clean but possibly the floors hadn’t gotten vacuumed.

The location was perfect for the event we were attending at Kentucky Horse Park. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. The lady in charge of the breakfast was welcoming, cheerful and kept it stocked the entire time with different choices every day. We had time to use the pool and hot tub and were not disappointed. The pool was a nice temperature and plenty big. Our air conditioner quit working the second day we were there and wasn’t able to get fixed so they immediately moved us to a new room just down the hall. The front desk people were always nice, friendly and helpful. All in all everything was wonderful and we would all stay there again.

I didn't like the last couple of nights something had changed. They were admit about having a 73 yr old come in, durning our hectic work schedule to show his ID. Although they had never asked prior to the first check in. I made a point each day to let the staff know what was going on. And they knew with all the weather that was happening why we were just going day by day. Not only that, im guessing because we were paying daily, instead of planning a week long stay, that it had set off a red flag. But we didn't know when we would be able to get back to farm. Because of the flooding in and around winchester ky.. To be honest, ive read over the policy, and nowhere did it ever did it ever state that a patron should be asked the RELATIONSHIP between two two people. That was no one's buisness, and it made me feel as if I was doing something wrong. Kinda felt mistreated. It felt as if I was given some sort of stigma. And I did not like the fact they asked my father, "who is she to you." By all rights. That is nobody's buisness what so ever. The younger lady that worked front desk gave me the feeling that I wasnt telling her the truth. And then another staff.member was constantly watching everything I was doing. I understand hotel policy's. I had to stay in a hotel after numerous surgery's for a total of 7 months. And never one time did I ever feel as if I was being watched, nor did I ever get treated as if for some reason I shouldn't be there. At one point, the older housekeeper stated she found cigarette buts in a wondow seal. I know for a fact, they were not mine or MR luttrells. In fact I'd seen them there prior. I didn't think anything of it. I did my best to keep the room so clean as possible. I had one major spill, went down asked for a mop, the gentleman downstairs gave me a mop si that I could clean it up. He was friendly.

I loved the ease of continuing my stay. We had a flood on our family farm, and my father an me were basically working swing shifts, and he and I, and another employee had to have a place to clean up, rest, and be ready for the next one to go to work.

The facility is convenient to where we go visit and the staff and the room are always great!!! We have stayed here 3 times and will stay agin. Also several restaurants and shops close very close by.

The street lights outside. Even with the curtains closed they still came through. This is on the backside of the building.

The cooktop in room 119 took a long time to heat up. The carpet was dirty… needed cleaning. I didn’t like the “waffle” blanket wasn’t comfortable to me.

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was good. Nice staff.

We stayed in room 125, and the light sconces and outlet did not work between the beds. Also, the breakfast room is very, very small! Providing some trays so guests can take food back to their room would be helpful.

Great location right off the freeway. The hotel was fully booked, but very quiet at night The breakfast was fully stocked and kept very clean.The room was adequate in size.

The staff was wonderful and Tonya, the breakfast hostess, was THE BEST. They do not clean your room unless you request it to be cleaned. If you just want a change of towels and washcloths you just simply place them outside the door and housekeeping leaves you fresh ones. Very efficient.

These were literally the worst hotel pillows that anyone in my family has ever slept on. There were three groups of us and everyone did not sleep well because of the pillows.

Everything was very clean and the breakfast was nice. All of the staff were extremely friendly.
