Window seals and corners had dust and hair. The cleaner smell was overwhelming. So glad it was clean though. We tried to open the door to air the room out but the sewage smell was bad outside.

The rooms were updated, fully furnished and mostly clean.

Being accused of smoking drugs in my room. I don't do any kind of illegal drugs. No one ever said anything to me during the 2 nights there but quickly charged me a $250 smoking fee as soon as I checked out.

Pool was only open for a short time on the first day. Was locked the other days, understandably. My daughter was disappointed though.

The street it was located on had a lot of traffic noise and it was difficult to fall asleep.

It was very clean and had a nice smell in the room. The breakfast was good.

There was a random fire/smoke alarm that went off throughout the property around 4pm three times that was really startling and freaked out our service animal (and wow was it rough on the ears!) but had no other problems the rest of the evening and I'm glad to know their fire alarms DEFINITELY work! ;)

Check in was super easy, I was able to get our room changed from the 2nd to 1st floor (had a service dog with us and wanted easy access to the grass area) at check-in with no issue. The bed was super comfortable, the nearly full kitchenette was very useful, there was no noise from any of our neighboring units, it was super convenient to get back on I-10 after our stay, and the breakfast buffet was an appreciated extra touch. Nothing fancy about it (to be expected) but all of the food was fresh and they offered a wide variety of options like a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, potatoes, fries, fresh fruit, and more. I would definitely stay here again.

Being by the main road it was a bit noisy.

This motel room had a complete kitchen including stove and dishwasher, and there is a separate laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers. We enjoyed the swimming pool in the hot humid weather. Varied help yourself breakfast was provided of egg,sausage, biscuit, cereal, bread and cake. walking distance to a tasty Italian restaurant.

High humidity and everything was damp or actually wet due to wrong AC settings.

Handy location and a recent renovation were the highlights.

AC in room made so many different noises. Restroom floor and toilet base had hair all over it. Used coffee grounds were in the coffee maker. Hair was on the sheets.

Breakfast was good with multiple options. There was plenty of parking. Room request were done in timely manner. Beds were comfotable.

Hotel was under renovation. Weak breakfast only had coffee and small muffins. Also, renovation crew hanging out drinking, talking loud outside of rooms.
