Airport conditioner. No sleep, could never hear the TV. Very very bad but view of ocean in room made up for the discomfort of AC we were subjected to.

The overall property was very acceptable. There were a few glitches ... the toilet paper holder kept breaking even after I reported it to management. It never got fixed. I know trying to have a breakfast for quests is challenging. The variety was so-so. Scrambled eggs would have been a good alternative. I pre-arranged for late check out and checked on it upon our arrival. Departure day I received a call from the front desk at 11:15 wanting to know why we hadn't checked out. The pre-arranged late check out had not been noted on our account.

The pool area was beautiful and clean. Towels were readily available. The Tiki bar was great, and the food variety was very good. The lobby area was clean and well appointed. The property location was perfect fo get to all the different shopping areas, restaurants, and Key West Sites.

There was confusion amongst staff about how many free drinks were included and the towel situation at the pool was terrible. For over 3 hours there were no fresh towels brought to pool area. We ended up just going without and dripping all the way to our room

The property is a great location with free parking. 15 minutes to farthest point away on island. The pool and bar areas are great

The parking was limited and tight. If we didn’t have a car there it would have been better.

The fact that this hotel has FREE shuttle to and from the center of town was awesome! You also get 2 free drinks every single day! Where else can you get that? And although it was at the airport, the planes don’t fly at night so it never kept us up.

Tried to request a roll away even a month before traveling. When we arrived was finally told there is only one for the entire property.

Road noise was obtrusive if you used the balcony/ opened the door. Breakfast buffet was very busy and many items ran out before it closed. No information available about ingredients in breakfast food or pool bar meals which made it very difficult to deal with dietary issues/ food intolerances.

Breakfast was standard, but quite limited variety, everything was quite artificial and very sweet, no vegetables/fruit available:( There was a lot of noise due to airport behind fence and planes taking off and landing, which stopped in the evening, could be a little bothering while sitting at the swimming pool, also a bit of attraction if you like planes:) Location is not great - far from town, long walk from nice beach. The view is there - there is sea on the other side of the road... We left befind out swimming suits etc (our fault, we left them to dry before the journey) - I couldn't contact with the staff for whole day and when I got to - our stuff was gone:((( I have a feeling that we could get it back if someone put it to lost&found and contact me.

Spacious, well designed rooms, nice&clean bathrooms, There was lively music at the pool, but after 9pm it was quiet, which I liked. Pool was nice and warm, we enjoyed with kids appearances of ibis birds and friendly Iguana in the garden. Complimentary coffee and bottled water available at the front desk 24/7, 2 free drinks daily at the bar, shuttle to the town free.

We were poolside but because we were on the first level, it was completely blocked by trees, etc. because of that, we sis not use our outdoor space the way we had hoped to.

Breakfast was wonderful!! Also appreciated the water and drink credits daily. Wonderful staff also cheerful and helpful! 😊
