United KingdomThis hotel should be closed whilst in the middle of a refurbishment. It was dark and the second floor was shut. The place was full of rolls of carpets and other building and decorating paraphernalia. Not fit for purpose. Wouldn’t have been surprised to see crime scene tape.

United StatesThese guys r crooks. Don't ever try and cancel ur room. They will not give u ur money back. I suggest anywhere else. They turn the WiFi off at like 10 pm and don't turn it back on til.loke 3 pm. Not to mention u can never find the kid whonruns the front desk. Better off goin somewhere else.

United StatesThere was no breakfast at all, it says breakfast but they have a big mess in the dining room area. They use it for storage . The ice machine did t even work and the bending machine was out of order. The key for the doors wouldn’t work, there was nothing soap, shampoo nor conditioner and half of toilet paper in the restroom, also the fridge wasn’t working at all. Overall bad experience.
The only good thing about it was the tv and the air conditioner oh and the bed was comfy

United StatesThe room was dirty, the sheet wasnt even on the bed properly just thrown on and the blanket put on to make it apear made, pillows were flat, there was an empty roll of toilet paper on the wall and less than half a roll sitting on the back of the toilet, there was 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and 3 body towles, there was debris on the floor, microwave dirty, freezer frozen over and gross, the lock didn't work on the door, the slide lock where is screws into the wall was broke in 2 pieces so in turn we did not sleep well, there were sticky cup rings on the side tables and desk, the bath tub button was slick and the soap was crumbly/powder. And the air wasn't the greatest, it took hours to cool the room down.
Check in was quick and simple.

United StatesAnother person walked right in front of us while checking in. If we wouldn't have stepped out of the way they would have been standing on my feet. Wanting soap for rooms. And they ran out of soap. For the price we paid we would have expected a bed that wasn't so old. Fitted sheets and furniture that the upholstery wasn't peeling off of. The whole place reeked of Marijuana. Evidently the no smoking policy doesn't apply to the permanent residents there. And only applies to cigarettes. The towels were stained bad. And the hallways were gross.

United StatesThe facility is dirty and has broken grills, patios furniture, toaster oven, and such surrounding outside of the motel. Weeds everywhere! The carpets were stained. They did not provide soap and had none available at the front desk. Towels were gray, thin and rough. But the worst part was the parties happening in the two rooms next to us. Screaming, thumping, and running back and forth in the hall, until ~2:00 AM. The 6+ young people were obviously very high. Yes we called the front desk at 11:30 and 12:30. The employee said he would call the police next but if he did they never arrived. Yes, I asked the partiers directly to please quiet down and the response was "Yeah, well..." We slept fitfully about 4 hours. We had long days of driving and not having a good nights sleep was a safety concern.
The beds and furniture were average. We could overlook some things because we came to sleep. The other factor of deciding to stay was because it was graduation weekend at the local college and knew we would have trouble finding another motel with a vacancy.

United StatesLack of cleaning. Debris around the edges of the rooms including an obvious bottle stopper and bits of paper and plastic wrapping. Corners of the bathroom had hairs and debris, hairs on the edge of the bath. Saw the staff spraying freshener throughout the hall but no sign halls were vacuumed during our 5 night stay. Only one room had a roll of spare toilet paper. The blankets in one room were torn and had burns on them. Only one blanket on each bed yet it was bitterly cold in January. The sheets did appear to be clean but had marks and stains and kept coming off the mattresses. No mattress or pillow covers, just sheets and pillowcases, One sheet had rips in it. One bath mat was grey and stained, didn’t look clean. Stains on towels thought they appeared clean. The rooms were not serviced or cleaned during our stay but there was a member of staff who on day 3 asked us if we needed anything, and gave us more toilet paper and another bath mat. The tv in both rooms didn’t work - faulty/unplugged cables which they did fix. No phone in my daughters room. Reception was hardly ever manned. No breakfast served “due to COVID” which seemed bizarre and the only hotel not serving breakfast. The smoke detector in one room was hanging from the ceiling and beeping when we arrived but did stop beeping once the room warmed up. Another electrical device in the hallway was hanging from the ceiling. There was a leak in the hallway ceiling despite being on the 1st floor rather than the top (2nd) floor. There was no elevator working. This was clearly once a reasonable budget hotel, the facilities are not bad, the water was hot and the rooms warmed up eventually, but they are clearly struggling to keep it cleaned and maintained. Although it was cheaper than other nearby hotels we overpaid coming from the UK. If we hadn’t been attending my mother in law’s funeral I would have insisted we find somewhere else to stay. My husband had other things on his mind.
Once the heaters were turned on the rooms were warm. The location was convenient for us. It was very quiet as there were hardly any guests (4 cars in the parking lot all week/5 at the weekend.) Shower worked find and water was hot. As there were so few guests they were able to put us in adjacent rooms. The mattresses were soft but comfortable.

United StatesRoom was somewhat clean. Only one washcloth. Bugs on bathroom ceiling. I got up middle of the nite — when I returned to bed .. bug there as well. (No bed bugs/ TG). The drapes were half off rod & way too high for us to fix. Place has good bones but need lots of attention!!

I want my refund since they said it was cancelled and it was booking that had to do it. Now u see the pics attached please refund me. I wasn’t going back in the lobby for pics it wasn’t safe.
We didn’t stay. They said reservation was cancelled Elle’s and it wasn’t. Nothing it was trash dumpster outside mattresses and things on ground outside. inside lobby was full of trash all lines for Internet TV and everything was stashed in the lobby

This wat happe.n booked my room checked in at 3pm today got to my room first thing no pillow cases on pillows they were dirty pillows then noticed no TV so I called he said no we don't have TV's no biggie just wanted to relax so 5 mins later there's construction being done in the room above my head so I called and asked when the noise is gna stop he told me I could.leave and I did t have to stay there cussing at me over a simple ? So I would never stay at that place ever again

United StatesThe Hotel looked in super bad condition, looked super lonely, no one was at the front desk in case something is needed during the night, only 1 person was seen and was rude, the Hotel is under remodeling on the 2nd floor so the smell was bad. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone specially when you have small kids too dangerous. Also, forgot to mention we were lost the Hotel does not have any name or address on the outside windows as it needs to be. Hotel in a super bad condition with no assistance as it needs to be when a hotel is reserved. We felt unsafe we did not stay we left to another hotel.

United StatesYou have been warned. This property is in horrible condition and appears shut down for a time recently. We were met by a closed pool, a closed breakfast area with stacked up furniture, broken air conditioning, overgrown weeds, a giant no trespassing sign on the main entrance,and generally felt very unsafe. The front desk worker told me the property was recently purchased and reopened and they’re trying to make a going business of it. Which I can appreciate. But, Tripadvisor.com and Booking.com both continue to use years old pictures on their websites from when this property was once a franchise of a nationally known chain. Very misleading. Booking.com, you owe me a refund.
