Our bed had a "dip" in it and we kept rolling to the middle but other than that, the bed was pretty comfy.

They advertise free breakfast with your room and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they meant a REAL breakfast at the Denny's in the adjoining parking lot!

I visited the hotel after Christmas and before New Year. The decorations were amazing. The Christmas tree was tall and beautiful. Complimentary cookies and hot chocolate made our evening warm. The kids were happy!

Not so much a dislike but a disadvantage for our stay was the continental breakfast was at Dennys. This would be great if we were not on an early morning time crunch

It was very clean, quiet and a beautiful place. Room was very spacious. I loved the fact that there were two sinks, one in the room with the toilet and shower and one outside the door. Staff was friendly

Hot tub was out of order.

Everything was fantastic except a couple of things, first there was what looked like urine next to the toilet by the trash can in the bathroom the other was when we went to the pool it had kids everywhere in the hot tub pool. Kids are great but at 9 at night I just wanted quite and relaxation maybe a spot in the hot tub.

I enjoyed the beds very comfortable the staff was super nice and accommodating. Loved the glass cups in the rooms as well as the water in the fridge very nice touch.

The carpet is quite worn in some hallways. Also, I noticed the close time for facilities (gym&pool) was listed at 12 midnight in the welcome guide on the nightstand of our room. Yet during check in, staff made it clear that facilities close at 11pm. Not a big deal, just a slightly annoying inconsistency that can be easily addressed by management by updating the welcome guides in rooms, or actually keeping them open later. Lastly, I’ve been spoiled by the extraordinary breakfast service at other Best Westerns (ahhem, Kennewick, WA). I foolishly expected a similar buffet experience at Mill Creek Inn when I saw “breakfast included”. Breakfast here translates to a fine choice off of a 5- item Denny’s menu at the diner at the corner (shared parking lot with the hotel). My partner and I got the pancakes w/bacon as one choice, and the eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast as the second meal choice. It was typical Dennys.

The pool area was immaculate and I enjoyed it at night. There were plenty of clean towels neatly folded and the temperature of the pool water was just right. The lobby was decorated in a Winter theme and they have these cute decorative street lamps that have snow falling inside the glass, like a perpetually shaken snow globe. The coffee area was welcoming and tucked away, so I didn’t feel self-conscious preparing a drink like in other Best Westerns that place their coffee area mid lobby.
