It is a little tired and old.

It was very convenient and within walking distance to the attractions we were interested in.

Daytime staff, especially a woman in the morning, not friendly or helpful. Seemed bothered if we approached her about anything ( she wasn’t busy). She was irritated when I asked for a printed receipt upon checkout. We had a room facing the Mississippi. The windows are the dirtiest I have ever seen in a hotel. Look as if they have never been cleaned. There was also a large, active wasps nest in between the screen and window. Told the staff I. The morning. Only after I showed them a picture did they send maintenance to address it.

Location was good for visiting Mark Twain sites and downtown. Wendy checked us in the evening we arrived very pleasant and helpful.

The pool looked nice, even though we didn't end up using it, but the smell of chlorine all the way into our room on the upper floor was at the very least unpleasant and a little irritating, eyes, nose, etc. Some proper ventilation would make the whole property nicer.

Great location for visiting the Mark Twain related sites and sights.

The food at breakfast could have been a little better

The only fault that was noticed was, there was not radio alarm clock. Upon checking out we told the clerk of the problem and she noted it and said that yes there should have been an alarm in the room.

The hotel was just okay. The staff was very good and nice.

The breakfast was not as good as I had hoped 😕. The price was expensive for the hotel .

You could hear the kids upstairs running in the hallway until midnight. We had a handicap accessible bathroom and water was all over the floor when showering. I'd book again but request a regular room.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Check in staff was very rude. Check in staff charged me a second time for my stay. They had no idea I had already payed when I booked online.

The indoor pool is a bit loud, so make sure to ask for a room far away from it. I had to put a towel under my door to keep the noise level down. The hotel is cavernous so echos are inherent.

My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast. Possibly offer some fresh pastries instead of pre-packaged items.

Great staff - very friendly. Hotel location is terrific. Has a great pool.

We had traveled several hours the day before and didn’t go to breakfast until 9:00 am. There was only scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy & biscuits left. There was no yogurt left and a handful of fruit cups. We didn’t expect a lot, however, I didn’t see a waffle maker, bread for toast, muffins or even pastries. We understood breakfast went to 9:30 so it would seem that breakfast items should be out until that time. We didn’t fuss about it. Just a suggestion that items be available until the time breakfast service ends.

The hotel was very nice, great location and registration staff personal was very kind.

I would have like if the breakfast offered maybe Toast, or bagels. NOT that its a deal breaker, it just would have been nice to go with the eggs. The inside of the hotel for the most part was fairly clean, the outside could use some work. They do have 2 pools, but the second one is across the street and doesn't even look like its part of the location lol..

I loved the location, it was just right across the street from everything. We were able to walk down town and look around with no problems at all.. Most of the staff was amazing, the room was nice and the bed was comfy. You did get a little fridge and microwave which is always a helpful.

The pool inside was so cold and so was the outside one; which they had just opened outside one so I can understand that! The inside pool was warmer second evening!

Very good stay! Was clean and close to everything! Felt safe going outside to smoke! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to assist you!
