We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Building just needs remodel badly. Window was broken in the bathroom. Carpet was frayed and coming loose. Parking lot has holes to swallow a Volkswagen.
Breakfast and coffee were great. Staff was great. Good tv and Wi-Fi services.

Need to run a snake through the pipes re sink. Rm 118. Tv remote not workung- no volume control , power to TV on/ off- had tinsel the side switches on TV. Rm was incredibly warm. There was nothing extra in the room to justify the price paid. Fridge freezes things.
Sheets were clean. Young guy at front desk is exceptional- amazing customer service and communication skills.

Room could have been stocked better. We didn't have soap for our sink, only two tissues left in our tissue box, our door needs weather striping, as there was a big gap letting in cold air and we could easily hear conversations happening right out our door on the balcony by other guests. Walls are thin and I could hear the person snoring all night in the room next to ours. Pillows were all super soft and wishing I had brought my own pillow. Unfortunately didn't sleep well. The fridge also froze everything we had placed in it.
Staff was super friendly. Room seemed like it was cleaned well upon arrival. Check-in and Check-out process was easy. Location was great...easy access to main road that runs through town.

There were bugs in the tub, so it seemed the room hadn’t been used in recent days. Otherwise the room was clean, though the carpet was frayed in places. We weren’t able to enter our room initially as there was an issue with the door handle and lock. It took two trips back to the front desk and staff with a key to resolve the issue. But the staff were helpful even though they were busy.

Was Labor Day weekend, but pretty pricey for what you get.
Staff was great, and accommodated our needs. Room and bed were OK. Breakfast was typical for similar 2 or 3 star places.

Hostess was friendly and explained items available, and why one item was not available. She was willing to make waffles for guests. The area was very clean and tidy.

.room was very dusty.... the noise made by the housekeeping staff when rolling the cleaning carts and rolling garbage cans was way too loud and woke me up every morning....very distruptive!

The location wasn't the greatest. But it was not bad. Not really anything to complain about.
The Room was very spacious and had plenty of room for my whole family. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and had a variety for foods and drinks avaliable.

This hotel is listed on Bookings as a 3 Star Hotel. It was clearly not. I thought I was paying for a 3 Star, so that’s why the ding for value. I would choose another next time.

Our room smelled like puke. The hotel was full so we couldn't switch rooms. Struggled to sleep through the night. The only window we could open was in the bathroom so we couldn't air it out. Definitely not a pleasant stay.

Loud location with loud nieghbors over top of us. Very dated room which needed just anything to brighten it. No extra pillows or blankets in the room. The very worst thing was a king size bed that the middle third of the mattress sagged in, very uncomfortable. The photos of the room looked nothing like the real room. They did explain they had to change our room for some reason. We are members of thier reward club as we travel for work all but 4 days of the month, yet every time we use our points we end up with a down graded room. We also belong to 2 others and will be using them only from this point on. The chair fabric was so stained I refused to sit in it. The ac was in the bathroom making it next to impossible for the cool air to reach the entire room and we had to turn off the heater which was on all day in 90 degree weather The staff was fine and the room had been cleaned well. Will never return.l
Easy to book through booking.com.That was the best part of the experience.

Our room had some dusty/dirty areas- corners and on table/desk/dresser. The bathroom got very wet after each shower. Opened window to help but the exhaust fan is not enough. Moisture causing the paint to peel.
Easy to find & close to everything. The beds were comfortable- upstairs room. The breakfast was great. And the pool/ hot tub was excellent.

That we had to change our bed sheets because there was a lot of dog hair in our beds our son was shocked from charging his phone.

First of all when we got there, the heat lamp was on in the bathroom and apparently had been that way for about 8 to 10 hours and our room was about 95° and a very hot day outside. The AC hardly worked at all. the TV was a Roku TV  that no one in the staff knew how to use and we were not able to watch any local news channels or anything cable wise at all. The room was mediocre for what we paid for it. Everything was older and outdated.
