The lighting in the room was terrible.

Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Guest Laundry was easy to use. Plenty of parking. Room was a great size. Full kitchen was wonderful.

Would have liked more fresh fruit selections. My husband did NOT like the coffee maker at all. What happened to the regular coffee maker instead of the pods?

Breakfast items were really going quickly and we were lucky to get what we wanted. A little later in the morning and we would have not been able to get yogurt etc. even though there was over an hour until breakfast was over.

I had booked a suite. The pictures show a couch. No couch in the room. It said it was a walk in shower. Nope regular shower tub combo. Really needed the walk in shower since I'm disabled and stepping over the tub is difficult for me. And the tub didn't drain. By the time you got done in the shower it's between your ankles and calves

The shower. No place for your dry towel, soap or shampoo. We ask for a shower chair that was missing the front caps so it wobbled. Which didn’t really matter because there was no way my husband could get from his wheelchair to the bath seat. So we were there 4 days doing sponge baths. Such a wheelchair friendly bathroom but it needs a rolling shower.

Did not get up in time for breakfast so I can’t say. Our room was not ready until about an hour and a half past check in. We were understanding. I know businesses can be short staffed. Staff at front desk was awesome. The lady that was bartending was also friendly. Beds were comfy, room was clean. The only thing negative was the landscaped areas in the parking lot were full of weeds, so not very attractive. But in general, was a nice place to stay.

Could not get the ac to work. The exterior of the building was dirty, the landscaping is full of weeds and dead plants, there was trash on the ground and the door leaks . Also lots of birds and bird nests in the canopy.

We booked a room with a sleeper sofa for 2 of our kids. There were no pillows or blankets for the bed in the room and when we asked at the desk, they said they only had one blanket available. No sheets. No pillows. Air conditioner rattled most of the night.

Noise from floor above woke us up. The door on the room was way too heavy to be for a handicap room. The noise was too easily heard in the room.

There could’ve been a more thorough job of cleaning in the corners of the bathroom, including in and outside of the shower.

The hotel was centrally located near where I was going to be visiting this weekend, and that made it very easy to get around when it was necessary for us to get an Uber. The beds were very comfortable, and so was the temperature of the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, the things that I may have disliked, were far outweighed by the things that I did like.

The staff, hands down, made the entire stay worth it!! I don't know that I've ever encountered a hotel stay where all shifts were equally as helpful, and just courteous.
