Only thing was my husband wanted a firmer pillow but that was the only thing. He should have brought his own pillow. Big dummy LOL
From the moment we stepped through the door, it was excellent. The lady at the desk was exceptional and we felt like we were with friends. So accommodating to any needs. Exceptionally clean and smelled good. Perfect location. It was our 5th anniversary and this overnight stay gave us such a beautiful memory.

Just maybe the location.
It was very inviting, cleaned, and the rooms look great. Leslie at the counter at check in was very warm and helpful and she had an amazing customer service. The best part was that they were pet friendly and it was clean on the grounds. I will be going there every time I come into Burleson. Thank you! ♥️🐶💙

The location is a bit off the beaten track and it was a bit pricy for the style of hotel. But, it was a nice hotel with a great staff. They could use a "guide" on the TV, lots of channels, but no idea what is showing on them.
The staff were all very kind and the room was clean.

We were unfortunately notified to return to the VA Hospital in Houston for my husband. So we lost one night of the room charge. Otherwise the room and breakfast were very nice. We live in a resort town (Galveston) but found the accommodations to be very nice.

this isn't against the hotel, just a beware note if using GPS. The property is on the northbound side of I-35. I was travelling in from the southbound lanes. The directions I had took me through some back way. If you're travelling northbound, it's probably not a problem. I also want to mention (and again not necessarily against the hotel), this Best Western and a Quality Inn next door are not in the 'thick' of things. There's one Mexican restaurant as well within walking distance. But if you don't want Mexican food, youll have to drive back north on 35 for other restaurants.
Nice variety for breakfast. Front desk staff was great. and I loved that the lobby water fountain has a spout higher up on the wall to allow you to fill a water bottle!!

The chlorine in the pool was much too much on Sunday.
Our room was clean and spacious. Comfy beds and very cozy pillows. Love that the bathroom was all in the bathroom and it was clean and bright. The entire room was very bright and well lit which was fantastic! Staff is very friendly and helpful!

The breakfast was sub par. However, the offerings were not so bad that it would keep me from booking with them again.
They were accommodating with my request to switch from a regular room to a suite without issues and recognizing I was traveling with dogs, they kept me on the bottom floor. I liked that dogs were welcomed.

Noisy air conditioner in room. Pet policy requiring additional payment per night which management adjusted due to my unique situation but I still had to pay a fee.
