The bartender was rude-she closed the kitchen an hour earlier than was listed on the website.

The sheets were so soft and comfortable! The location was great. The hotel was clean and the comfortable. They have a bar with snacks, a fitness center and a pool. I will be staying there again.

Their potatoes for breakfast were way to spicy, the gift shop was cool but over priced, the pool room needs to have some sort of ventilation as it was way to humid.

I liked how all the staff was helpful when needing something. Room was clean and comfortable.

I found the pillows uncomfortable, but the bed was fine. I could not figure out how to work the TV remote to find something I wanted to watch. A nice lady on staff came up to show me how to work it. I only had a piece of toast and some yogurt because the eggs, etc. were way too salty for me, just like every other hotel.

The location was good for me. The room was clean and quiet.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. Was told by front desk we could eat pizza on the back patio outside the pool (which we didn’t end up doing that night) and the next day we were told we couldn’t and we had to move everything to the bbq area where there was little to no seating. Waited and rang the bell at the front desk for check out for 20 min and no one ever showed. Pool was clean and had plenty of towels but any water outside the pool made it very slippery. Every one of my children including one adult walking to get a towel slipped and fell.

I was extremely disappointed that when asking the lady at the front desk one evening for some paper plates that she refused stating only that she didnt have access to that area. This was the first time i have never seen a front desk supply such simple items. She made no effort to assist me or help with accommodations. she just said no.

Location was nice, right off the Interstate. Breakfast was great, bisquits & gravy was a nice touch. Coffee bar is great. Pool was nice & warm & hot tub was perfect.

I did not like the "breakfast potatoes". A little to spicey for me. I would have like some bacon to go with the scrambled eggs. I would have also liked the butter to be softer so it would have spread better without tearing up the muffin.

The location was ok. Due to construction in the area, I had difficulty finding the hotel. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

The bathroom shower had hair in it that wasn't mine. It was obvious they hadn't cleaned that from the previous guest. The lighting in the vanity could be much brighter. Hard to see with the dim lights.

The breakfast ended too early. Should have ended at 10. 9 is fine if I was working but we were there for pleasure and didn’t want to get up early. We were told there would be housekeeping after the third day and there wasn’t.

It was easy to get to. Handicap room had a good shower. Staff was nice. Pool was good and provided towels.

The hotel sells very nice, somewhat expensive wine. Unfortunately, there are NO wine type glasses which to drink the wine from. I used plastic cups from the room. If the hotel is going to provide nice, expensive wine, please provide glass containers. Wine glasses could be sold in the gift shop. Very disappointed!

The room keys did not work half the time; and, no they were not near my cell phone. Even the housekeeper could not get it open a couple of times.

Bread choices, but I would prefer boiled eggs over the scrambled that tasted like powdered eggs.

Key cards kept Un programming even when keeping completely separate from phone, magnets, wallet, etc. We kept getting locked out of our room and building.
