I recommend to install selling fan. For fresh air because the air conditioner in the room super cold when it’s turned off it’s hot so I would like fan more the AC

bathroom was dated and could use a remodel. Over $400 for one night stay in a hotel with not a lot of amenties is pretty expensive.

We really liked the mattress. I know that seems like a simple thing but when you're older and have arthritis, it's important. First time in a hotel that we both woke up rested and almost pain free.

The only thing that would have been better for us; the plug in for car charging wasn't made for our Ford Escape.

Special touch in the bathroom were single-use packets of make-up remover, something you don't think to bring with you. Another innovative addition was the rolling meal trays so that you could sit on the couch or bed and eat food comfortably in the room. Jetted tub was great, water was good and hot. Best surprise was that the climate control thermostat was OFF when we got there, not set to freezing cold A/C as is so common going into your hotel room for the first time! And the windows opened for real daylight and outside air--awesome!! The weather was perfect during our stay so really enjoyed that. The breakfast was superb, so many delicious options! And everything about the hotel was clean!!! Staff also took care of noisy neighbor without us even needing to ask them. Haven't used an iron and ironing board in years and years but was glad there was one in our room for a very stubborn shirt before going out. And the beautiful ocean painting above the bed was very appropriate.

A light dimmer in the bathroom would have been nice. Turning on the light there kinda scares you, it's so bright; you need to squint your eyes for a moment. And a little bubble bath might have been nice; didn't think to bring any even though we saw that the room included a jetted tub.

Room was good sized and well laid out, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom did what bathrooms are supposed to do, shower lacked maneuverability, no lack of hot water or water pressure.

Overpriced, but what isn't these days. Hotel seems to have some physical plant issues, the elevator broke the first day we were there, fixed the next day. We received a message on the second day about the water being shut off, we were out at the time and water was back on when we returned. We were well aware of the movements of the family above us on our first night, but they left the next day. We never did figure out the channel system on the tv.

Breakfast and especially the one serving staff member was exceptional!

Friendly staff and cookies were a nice touch. It was nice to have options for breakfast.

The hot trays at breakfast left a bit to be desired.

Beds were very comfortable, and room was quiet, with convenient parking.

The value for money wasn't great and breakfast was terrible - plastic cutlery and plates, all very sugary foods, would not recommend.

Free food, coffee machine

Bed was so hard might as well be sleeping on the floor, for a romantic getaway this is not the place to pick, wild kids running up and down the hallway and stairs well past 11pm and couldn't enjoy simple hot tub or pool because there were at least 6 to ten young kids running going from the pool to the hot tub and jumping into both until closing time. So for a family outing this would be fine but not a couple trying to relax and enjoy company.
