Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was no ice machine on the first floor you had to go up to the second or third floor. They have a little store to buy stuff from which was closed early the second night that we were there. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the room was terrible. The hours for the swimming pool and hot tub are not conducive to our schedule and close early. The hot tub was awesome the pool however was beyond small and it was enclosed and a tiny room with no air movement.
I liked that the window in our room actually opened all the way. I enjoyed their fantastic breakfast which had an extensive menu. I appreciated the air conditioner and the cleanliness of our room.

Our room was next to the exercise room. There were some very loud noises coming from the exercise room but they ceased after 10:00 pm, fortunately.
Nice room. Very little outside noise. Very little noise from surrounding rooms. Breakfast offerings were nice.

Good - there was not a lot of fruit but it was adequate. Entrees and sausage gravy good. No sweet rolls but muffins were tasty. No boiled eggs due to the egg shortage/cost? Very good staff kept tables clean and kept food/beverages well-stocked.

Bigger bathroom
The rooms were pretty nice and clean. The only thing we didn’t quite like is the bathroom. It was really really tiny.

Our first morning:The tables were all in need of cleaning after a large group left. In the 1/2 hour we were there no one came to wipe them off. Second morning: we found all the tables clean but there was no cream cheese for the bagels. The staff working in the dining room didn’t understand our request and just pointed to the butter. She didn’t seem to speak much English although though she was nice enough.
There was a good variety of foods and adequate number of tables

The bed was too hard and the washing machine was out of service.

View from the window was remanding us that this hotel is meant for one night stays. View of the industrial area plus a noise coming from outside was a downside for our stay that was otherwise pleasant.
I liked swimming pool and laundry room available. Breakfast was good. Overall good value for the money.

The layout of the breakfast buffet.
The breakfast didn't meet the standards of other BW hotels. The coffee area was clear across the entryway from the breakfast buffet. I have trouble walking and it was an ordeal for me. There was no bread for toast, only English muffins and some kind of berry muffin. The butter was in the fridge so it was hard to spread. The egg thing with cheese was cold.

Everything was good. Okay fine the pool closing at 10. Wish it was available to us anytime.
Liked that the property was clean and staff was nice, and noticed they accommodated a mother that was getting milk for her infant child. That was awesome customer service from staff. The coffee table always being stocked, thank yall, it helped a lot.

The breakfast. All hotels seem to have flasks with coffee and hot water in lobby for guests to help themselves to tea and coffee, it has been our experience that the water is lukewarm at best.
Liked the location. This was the first hotel in 3 weeks where the room was serviced daily. Room was clean, receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was not as bad as some. Pool was good, I had it to myself . Met another guest who was from USA she apologised for breakfast and said she regularly stays at BW and they are normally a lot better we explained that hadn't been our experience but the hotel itself was lovely.
