The pool only open from dawn to dusk that is so stupid only open until dusk since you gone must if the day you can’t take a swim or get into the hot tub that’s needs to change

We definitely didn't like our room location. It was right next to the elevator, and all we heard during the day when in the room and through the night was the elevator going up and down. It was a loud clanging sound as you'd expect to hear from the elevator. We also didn't care for the entrance and exit to the hotel itself. It is very dangerous and confusing until you get the jist of the location. It's a very narrow driveway in between two buildings, almost like an alley. We came close to a head-on collision, trying to leave as another vehicle was trying to enter. Also the pool is not heated which is fine and the water was clear but too cold for our liking and the hot tub was green so we refused to use that. We would have had it been clean and clear. The beds were comfy, and the room was good size. I just wish they had thought about the location of the room next to the elevator. No one wants to be woke up at 5 a.m., especially when you pay a fair amount for the room. because the elevator is going up and down. The breakfast is what you would expect. Nothing fancy, but your options are ok and plenty to choose from.

Could only get luke warm water. Doesn't quite get it when you need a hit shower. At breakfast, the coffee looked and tasted like mud. Had to thin it down with 'hot' water and creamer.

I didn’t like that the laundry room closed at 10pm. Family has been traveling for work and every other utility didn’t have a time frame. I was told by one of the ladies that I wasn’t able to wash clothes after that time as she was grabbing other clothes out of the washer and dryer.

The king suit was big enough for my family of 3 and I loved that the Shower water was really hot!

The ac was loud and the breakfast wasn’t something that I would say is a hot breakfast and not for a person who don’t eat pork or meat. And minor issue nothing big I wasn’t able to log onto my Monthly subscription on the tv due to having direct tv or dish tv. The Wi-Fi is also unstable and kept going in and out but it was so able.

Staff was wonderful and nice. The bathroom was clean and shower was hot and a wonderful pressure. The location was nice different food options and close to a lot of things.

The pool closed at 8 pm! Way too early in the Florida heat. We did not get to use the pool at all because we were there for a softball tournament and by the time we got home each night from dinner it was closed. Very disappointing!

The hotel was clean, beds comfy, and staff was friendly. Our room size was good and had a nice size refrigerator and microwave which was convenient. Housekeepers did a good job as well.

AC was very loud. Bathroom required that you turn on 2 lights switches…one in the bathroom & one in the entry way. Didn’t know this—and took 2 showers in the dad. Maybe put a note. The turkey bacon & sausage links were very unappealing. I watched & saw bo people open the lid then quickly close it.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Hallways were quiet. Staff was nice.

They were strict on closing the pool at 8pm. Bummer for us bc we didn’t get back to the hotel until a little after 8 and couldn’t enjoy the pool.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Around the tub was a little nasty. Other than that room was clean. Cleaning staff weren't very friendly. Acted like it was a huge burden to change out some towels for us. Then smarted off to us as we were leaving because we had to leave an get back home sooner than expected. So we were checking out around 2ish but had the room booked until the next day. One other thing road noise outside was really bad. Trash truck came through an got the trash about 5am.

Convenient to where we needed to be for business. Pool was nice. Front desk staff were very nice
