We witnessed the breakfast bar older man working be completely rude to a Spanish Speaking man. A man who PAID FOR HIS HOTEL THAT COMES WITH A COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST. HE DIDN'T WANT BREAKFAST AT THIS VERY MOMENT SO HE GRABBED 1 APPLE AND 1 YOGART TO GO AND PUT IT IN HIS ICE CHEST. THE MAN WORKING THE BREAKFAST BAR COMPLETELY EMBARRASSED THIS YOUNG MAN BY YELLING AT HIM THAT HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE ANYTHING FROM THE BREAKFAST BAR. THAT THAT IS FOR THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO IS STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. WHEN THE YOUNG MAN ASK WHY WHAT DID HE DO WRONG, CONFUSED BECAUSE HE IS A PAYING CUSTOMER THE OLDER MAN YELLED AT HIM TO PUT IT BACK. Another gentleman and his wife were in shock because no where does it state that the breakfast has to be eating in the dining area. I grabbed a yogurt and spoon and walked out the door with nothing said to me. Which pissed me off more. I took that young man his yogurt and apologized for that man's behavior towards him and told him I would be filing a complaint. I have a call into corporate but when I ask another employee for that mans name she refused to give it to me. 3 employees watched this happen and not 1 stepped in they all literally turned their heads away. I'm not the person that falls under the bystander effect. I WILL ALWAYS STEP IN. SHAME ON YOU BEST WESTERN. SHAME ON ALL THIS MORNINGS EMPLOYEES. When you pay for your hotel and it includes all amenities and complementary breakfast wherever you chose to eat it.

The beds were a little hard, pool was small.

The room was nice, hotel was conveniently located for the event we were attended, breakfast was very good. The lady that checked us in recommended some good choices for food and was friendly.

Bathroom baseboard tiles were missing, so that was messy and could be a bug hazard in the summer.

Very nice rooms compared to what I expected. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast options were very good. The bed was super comfortable. Fantastic location literally a 5 minute walk to Boone Pickens Stadium and another less than 5 minute walk to Miso Japanese restaurant. About a 4 minute drive to WalMart and many more restaurants on Perkins Street.

The toilet paper holders and some towel holders were an open hook that was loose on the wall and would swivel causing you to have to pick up your towel or toilet paper roll up from the floor when you try to use it.

Very good effort put forth in providing a decent variety and quality of breakfast foods. Good job! Many "breakfast included" opportunities are a very minimal attempt. Thanks Best Western PLUS Cimarron Hotel & Suites.

The only thing that could have been better was offering an early check in option (even for a fee) when I asked. I was simply told no without even checking for an available room or an upsell opportunity.

The bathrooms need to be repaired and/or updated. Cracking tiles, things need to be recaulked. Our sink in the bathroom dripped the entire time we were there. Bathroom is a great size. I have stayed at this hotel 6 different times over the past year and have been in 6 different rooms, all of the bathrooms need work that I have stayed in.

The elevator was nasty. We had trouble using the TV. We could only get one channel which was the animal planet. Other than that the stay was okay.. The handicap room had a tub with a shower that was difficult to work. It did have plenty of hand bars.

There was a good variety of food. There was fresh fruit, cereal, hot food, etc. My husband was satisfied and that was my main objective. It was our 55th wedding anniversary and included the OSU football game.

The refrigerator didn’t work. They said they would call maintenance. Put our food in refrigerator, but no one came to fix it and they couldn’t find our food the next day. The did find ice packs we had them put in freezer. Iron didn’t work. They brought us new iron. I’ve maker on 2nd and 3rd floor didn’t work. 1st time they brought us bag of ice when they brought iron. Second time we went to front desk to get iron. I would consider staying again, but they need to fix things. For $170 a night you want things to work.

I really loved your bathroom and the shower. Breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and the the we stayed in was very unique. I was surprised soda wAs In the private room and not the main room. My son that got the smaller bed loved having a private room with sofa. Usually the king bed is the private room. Loved the location close by college and Mexico joes

The coffee pot didnt work in room, the ice machine didnt work on our floor, the soda machine was empty on our floor. The bathroom floor had some issues, it had black stuff that would get on your feet. It didnt look dirty but your socks had black on them from walking in the bathroom. Overall happy with our stay and will stay again, just minor inconveniences.

The location is amazing, close to OSU, shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and larger then other rooms we have stayed in. Staff was very helpful and friendly, lots of options for breakfast. The pool and hottub were nice and clean.
