The shower curtain was too short for the tub, so some water got on the floor and the bathroom door didn't lock. Both were very minor inconveniences.

Fantastic room, almost like a mini apartment. Sofa bed was in a separate "nook" and allowed my teenager some privacy. Shower was amazing, the shower head was very high which fit my 6'8" son perfectly. The provided toiletries were high quality. Breakfast was great, lots of options for everyone including a yogurt dispenser machine! Definitely worth the stay!

Breakfast was great, especially the pancake maker. Muffins were a little‘mushy’. Also liked the soap dispensers. Hot tub was awesome.

Walls seemed to be very thin and our room was right near the ice machine and exit to the back parking lot. It made for some disturbances when we were trying to sleep. In the future we'll try requesting a room in a different part of the hotel.

Breakfast was hot, yummy, and they kept it all well stocked. There were a lot of people staying but the cook staff did a great job so there was plenty of food and no wait. Breakfast was great. There was a good selection and variety of foods.

The fact that my booking was prepaid (on April 26th) and yet I was charged for the room. I called on 9/11 and was told the charge would be credited back to my VISA account. Two days have passed, and charge has yet to be credited back!

It took way too long to reach a receptionist. I was constantly put on hold. Had to call back multiple times just to get the cot I paid extra for. And then the cot was is terrible condition!!

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good and so was the people who ran the breakfast. Prices were kinda pricey for no maid service or anyone checking if we had any needs. No elevator to 2nd floor. Really hard to get luggage up and down to the room and back to the car.

The motel doesn't have an elevator and I struggled a little to get my suitcase to the second floor. They also need a sign showing the way to the LOBBY. I got confused trying to get to the lobbyto check out.

We called in to a booking agency , instead of calling direct to your hotel. So rates were a lot higher when booked through the agency. The agency booked us for a day later than we needed, so wanted to cancel with the booking agency and book inside the hotel for the right date …however they couldn’t or wouldn’t do that. Thought they would adjust the price at hotel ,but couldn’t do that either. Will know better next time to book directly with the hotel. Also found out they give Canadian snow birds a a bit more of a discount when book direct with the hotel.

I was traveling for work and when I made the reservation I asked for a ground floor room as we would need to carry equipment in due to not being able to leave it in the cold vehicle overnight. I was not given a floor room and when asked I was told that because I made it thru a third party there was nothing they would do. There was no elevator either so we had to carry heavy equipment up and down the stairs.

It was very clean and had a nice esthetic. The bellman, and I believe he was training someone, helped us carry some equipment up stairs. Great continental breakfast!

The shower water wasn't particularly hot and the hot tub water was bath tub warm but not the warm temperature one would expect.

Facility grounds were attractive and inviting. The personnel were friendly and responsive. The breakfast was provided promptly by staff.

The heater was on our last night in the pool area. With it being 85 degrees outside, it was pretty uncomfortable inside the pool area. The beds were very hard! My wife and I had a hard time sleeping because of this. We've stayed here many times in the past over Labor Day weekend, and the beds weren't bad on our other trips. Almost felt like we were sleeping on box springs.

I like that the rooms were clean along with the rest of the property. The pool was well maintained, and I enjoyed swimming with my kids. The free breakfast was good. Nothing fancy, but the food wasn't bad, to be honest. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable! We had 3 rooms as we traveled with my sister and her family, and my aunt. All of our rooms were clean and comfortable.
