We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI'm sorry but having a hotel that doesn't accept cash is the dumbest idea ever. I do not care WHO made this decision, it is NOT ok. A "Cashless Society" is the perfect storm for failure. Resturants and hotels that are doing this blindly and by order of their owners and their big $ friends who rule this Government. You know it, and I know it. The FIAT Currency will collapse soon and we'll get another form of currency (Rainbow Note), NOT Digital currency as this will lead to 100% control over EVERYONES money, including Best Western. That will equal to : GAME OVER. These are just my opinions and I'm entitled to them.

United States of AmericaMy only complaint and I heard other guests complain as well is the entire hotel smelled like marijuana very bad. I feel staff didn’t do their job properly bc obviously people were going against rules and smoking inside.
I loved the vibe. Right when I walked in and especially once I got into my room I felt so comfortable. The staff was so friendly. Everything was very clean.

United States of AmericaWe stayed 3 nights, and the room was never freshened up. Not sure what is standard practice but I would have liked fresh towels at some point. We just asked the front desk on our last night for more trash liners and a roll of toilet paper. Not a huge deal. Was still a good stay and probably would stay again.
It was nice to have a continental breakfast! The rooms were clean and the beds were soft and cozy! It was nice to have an indoor pool to use. It was a touch cold but our kids still loved it!

The room was clean, very large and the bed was very comfy. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast offering was a nice selection of food for either staying to eat or grab and go. The workout room was private and the machines were in fine shape. Very quiet on my floor.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was a little bit lacking in terms of variety, especially in terms of healthy options. Beds were a little too soft and the sofa bed was a bit saggy. No housekeeping is slightly frustrating as well.
This hotel was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel room was huge with two rooms and a nice wet bar that acted like a kitchenette. The bathroom was large with very hot water and good size and with a separated sink and vanity area. Plenty of easy parking and very close to the freeway. Would stay again. 24 hour coffee was amazing.
