Most outlets in the room did not work, due to when you plug your plug in, it's really loose, causing plug to fall out.

Most of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was amazing. They have someone making omelets for you. They have two waffle makers, a yogurt station, and coffee is available all day.

You can tell here and there that the facilities are getting a little wear and tear, but it is overall fantastic.

The room needed a deep clean. Corners dirty. They need new mattresses. Also, I would like to have the option to purchase a day pass or monthly pass for the facility, use of the gym, and pool. The new owners took that away.

Getting answers to my messages prior to our arrival was difficult. I recommend calling them, not messaging, if you have any questions. It was relatively clean but not sparkling clean.

Breakfast was poor reheated food from the day before. Air filter dirty in room and intake for air in dining area was filthy with dust hadn't been cleaned forever Shower did not work properly Jacuzzi was green, told front desk and they seemed unbothered. Ice machine had black puddle of mold on floor, stayed 8 days, no one cleaned it

There were some holes in the carpet, and the corner of the mini fridge was rusted. The bathroom was outdated but functioned well.

The hotel is pretty nice, and the bed was comfy.

The odor fumes from a combination of ammonia and bleach was overpowering. The WiFi was horrible. Could not connect devices

Not a huge deal but there were a few spots that were overlooked when cleaning. For example, I found sunflower seeds on the sofa, but the seeds blended in with the color scheme so it not easily seen unless right on it. Also the bedskirt probably needs to be changed more often. Ours had quite a few dirty spots.

Quiet and tucked away. Staff was friendly as well. I also like that breakfast was served fairly early.

I have stated this property many times over the last year and a half. I criticism is still the same… Your rooms need to be modernized and upgraded. The room I had had two double beds. I don’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel room with a double bed. At a minimum it should have a queen bed.

The door was dented and badly scratched around the deadbolt on both sides of the door and on the door frame near the deadbolt as if it had been kicked in recently. I had to stare at something nasty that was on the bathroom door. Had been there a long time dripped down and become crusty. The moment I laid my head on the pillow I inhaled a hair. It was long enough to pull back out of my throat. So I wasn't thrilled with a cleanliness.

The architecture lobby and grounds are wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any needs we had.
