Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesI am not sure why we were put into a double accessibility room, we didn't need one, and hated the thought that someone else might have needed it. We were there for only one night, so we didn't say anything, and we were there on a Tuesday, very few other cars, so we knew it was not due to lack of rooms. Had we been there more than one night, we would have requested a different room, because we didn't need one with accommodations, so steaming our clothes was hard, because the clothing had to be held due to the hangers being lower to accommodate a wheelchair. There was no plug in bathroom, and no mirror in main area, so fixing hair was harder to do, but also because the plugs were all loose, and we had a hard time keeping things plugged in, especially when trying to steam our clothing. Again, room was nice, just those few things.
It was a great location, close to the The Landings. quiet, and comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, Keurig in the room, and nice and cool.

United StatesThough a touch outdated, the hotel offers great service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Close to the landing, indoor pool, lots of parking, and great breakfast options. I loved the fact the they had coffee/cappuccino machine available 24/7 in the lobby. We had an issue with the AC unit in our room, we called the front desk and they quickly moved us to another room! Staff was very accommodating, several people asked to help with our luggage. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location! There was a FREE trolley stop that took you around the city. It was excellent the hotel was included. It made it very easy to enjoy downtown Branson!

United StatesDid not get the room that my booking.com app confirmation said that I booked and the hotel said that room wasn't available, the room didn't have a microwave or the jacuzzi tub that my confirmation showed, the hotel said they don't even have jacuzzi tubs so someone needs to update their app, I felt like the room they gave us was small and cramped feeling for the price
