It was clean and affordable! Within walking distance to main street stores and the Landing. It has a balcony facing The Landing which is very enjoyable to sit in the patio furniture and feel the breeze as you watch the bustle of downtown. The room was perfect!

Not a deal breaker, but most hotels have a microwave in the room. This one did not, but again...not a deal breaker. Loved staying here.

Everything except the group a few doors down smoking weed in front of their door.

The hillside was not the best but it was no problem.

More accessible ice machines on EACH floor. Microwave in each room. Soap shelf in shower/tub area. Trash can by bathroom sink. Reliable elevator.

Cleaning staff came by in the afternoon, not early afternoon or before noon like most places.

I like this place because it is close to the Farmhouse Restaurant, Vintage Junk Stores, and the landing, all in walking distance or trolley.

The outside color of the place is a turn off to me, looks old. It doesn't matter just saying. The rooms are clean and that is all that really matters.

I like the convenience of the location to the landing. Staff were friendly at the desk.

Your price does not fit your quality of hotel and room. Overpriced I would’ve expected a higher quality and better facility for the price I paid. Needs remodeled if you’re going to charge those kind of prices. Should be more like $100 a night kind a hotel pric

The closeness to downtown

It had no shampoo or cream rinse, which I expected to be there. I understand this could have been an overbite by the cleaning staff, which is why I gave good ratings

Our air unit ran 24/7 on high cool and Barely kept the room comfortable The stairs leading to our room were In need of cleaning

Location to Branson landings was good

Way too noisy. Fireworks on night of July 4th went off till after 2:00 in the morning. In addition a lot of teenagers racing on the street in front of hotel. I called local police after 1:00 in the morning but got no response. If you’re looking for a restful night this is not the place for you. I won’t stay here again

It was a great location, close to the The Landings. quiet, and comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, Keurig in the room, and nice and cool.

I am not sure why we were put into a double accessibility room, we didn't need one, and hated the thought that someone else might have needed it. We were there for only one night, so we didn't say anything, and we were there on a Tuesday, very few other cars, so we knew it was not due to lack of rooms. Had we been there more than one night, we would have requested a different room, because we didn't need one with accommodations, so steaming our clothes was hard, because the clothing had to be held due to the hangers being lower to accommodate a wheelchair. There was no plug in bathroom, and no mirror in main area, so fixing hair was harder to do, but also because the plugs were all loose, and we had a hard time keeping things plugged in, especially when trying to steam our clothing. Again, room was nice, just those few things.
