Breakfast hours, and selection, liked pool but they were pressure washing just outside the pool area and you couldn’t hear yourself think let alone talk to anybody

Our air conditioner in the room didn’t cool the room and leaked all over the floor. My grandson’s backpack soaked up a lot of the water so it and all his clothes were soaked

I was never returned my security deposit and only stayed 5/6 hours. Took pictures of the room and how we left it to ensure my deposit back.

Pool is awesome. Didn’t like that everyone could watch you from their rooms.

The shower was dirty and the bathroom smelled like mildew. There was a huge chunk of hair attached to the shower curtain when we went to use the shower. The room also smelled like smoke, probably because the air unit hasn't been updated since the 90s and was disgusting; the cover fell off and scared us. We had to go to Target to get febreeze.the breakfast was mediocre; the potatoes were cold and there was no ketchup. The coffee was also terrible.

The pool was clean and nice, the bed was comfy.

Breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the pool very much. We were there for a car show and the staff was great. Mexican buffet in hotel was a big win. It was a much better stay this year over last year's.

Hotel adjoins with Restaurant an event center. A large event was taking place at the night of our stay so it was a bit louder than I expected.

Convenient location by the airport and also near Starbucks, Panera, Hy-Vee and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Overall good value.

Orange juice at breakfast was empty, just light orange colored water came out. Ice machine was turned off on our floor. Lobby restroom was out of paper towels.

This is a renovated 1970s motel with a weird decor. Breakfast was the usual cereals/bagels/yogurt/DIY waffles... no eggs or other proteins.

The room had a smell. The rooms can use some fresh paint and news rugs. The bathroom had a little mold in the shower. Just needs son TLC.

Room was small, and is in need of some basic maintenance; some walls seemed like they'd been painted recently, but bathroom walls and door had peeling paint. Drain stopper in sink was completely disconnected from the pull handle, so it was stuck in the "down" position. We had to manually prop it open to get the sink to drain. Doors to outside had key card slots for access, but none seemed to be working and you could just walk right in without a key card.

The location was great; close to the zoo, which was our destination. Breakfast was better than expected; included a well rounded amount of choices (biscuits & gravy, waffle maker, bagels, bread for toast, cereal, juice, milk).

When I went down for breakfast, most of the food choices were out of stock or I just had bad timing before the staff had replenished the menu options.

I was met at the airport by a staff member that shuttled me back to the hotel well after normal business. Thankful that the hotel provided this service so that I wouldn't have to call a cab or uber ride.
