Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

My only complaint is the per night pet fee. That was a bit of a shock as most places charge a pet fee per booking not a nightly rate but the staff was very accommodating and willing to help however they could.
The place has had a little update it looks like. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is full of options and did not disappoint in the slightest. Its always nice when a place is pet friendly as well.

The pool was closed for maintenance. However, they sent us across the road to use another hotels pool with no problems.
Staff was fantastic! Breakfast above ordinary.

The check in process was very slow but seems to have been from a slow computer. Everything was very outdated. The pool area walls paint was peeling, the slide was out of order with seemingly no timeline for it to be fixed and the pool deck was dirty in the corners and especially at the deep end (an overthrown pool toy had wads of hair when it landed in that area). The rooms were mostly clean, but some surfaces (the shelf that held the fridge) were also dirty.
The facilities were fine. All of the things we used were clean (beds, fridge, bathrooms, sinks, breakfast area). Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and accommodating.

On our return (April 7), when I tried to make a reservation, the price was nearly Double…$210 base rate, so we stayed elsewhere and it wasn’t nearly as nice. We were very disappointed not to be able to stay at the BW.
Very good breakfast compared to most complementary breakfasts. Freshly cracked eggs! Great coffee. Very pleasant, accommodating staff. Finally…a new TV! We’ve stayed at this property numerous times, and the only drawback was old DIM tv’s. This time we requested and got a new sparkling TV. Accepting pets…so important to us!

there was a left over pizza in our fridge and the bathroom could of been cleaner. only 1 small trash can in the room

motel was under renovation which created confusion. Room was not ready at 5:00 which seemed to be a problem with understaffed employees, but we were provided with a "better" room. Turns out the room remained warm all night and the toilet stopped up.
Excellent, presented well and fabulous variety for a good breakfast.

The mattress seemed dated.
Great staff - very friendly. Full hot breakfast options with fresh fruit. I almost had to go back to my room and take a nap after breakfast. ;-)

House keeping pretty much did not exist... Room was not cleaned, bed not made, coffee not resupplied, no fresh towels for 2 days... The TV was weak and very difficult to see... This was due to employees not showing up, BUT, that's not the GUEST problem!!!! I would not recommend this motel to anyone!!! I travel to Salina 2 or 3 times a year and will not stay here again!!!!!

Bed was terrible. Batroom was not good. Receptionist didn't talk well about the amenities.

they switched our motel to sister motel because they said they over booked even tho we booked early

To be honest there wasn't anything I didn't like.
The breakfast was AWESOME so much to choose from!!! Knowing what I know from working in a hotel before I was shocked to see everything I did see for breakfast options. I can't say enough about it!!! The gals that worked it were awesome and very helpful

booked a king bed. checked in gave us a room someone was already in. moved us to a smaller room smaller bed. bathroom was dirty pee all over the toilet seat. Was still charged for the king size bed room charge.

Online it showed many photos of the pool with water slide while booking, which is why I booked this hotel after a full day of driving in the car with three kids we wanted them to go play in the pool. We arrive and the pool is closed because of construction. I just wish we knew before booking the kids were so disappointed.
The room was clean, breakfast was great and staff was friendly.
