First room they put us in smelled like human urine REALLY bad. And I think it had fleas. They moved our room right away to the 2nd floor. We had a dog abocec us that barked ALL night. And kids were running the hallways all day and night. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. We only stayed one. It was horrible and expensive.

everything was nice other than the neighbors across from us causing loud noise from 12-3 front desk apparently was notified before we called because they said they where already headed up there would expect this from a low costed hotel but not from the cost we paid

Customer service from the night shift front desk staff left a lot to be desired. The pool was cold, not open early enough in the morning, and towels that were provided for the pool were way too small and poor quality. I travel a lot for both business and leisure. I stay at Best Westerns very often, and this particular one left me less than impressed when compared to the others I regularly stay with. Needs improvement.

The breakfast was fantastic. Room was clean enough and comfortable. Location was good. No trouble parking.

They didn't clean or leave any clean towels on my second day there..I reported all the problems..Nothing was fixed..Room 102..Over $600.00 for 3 nights two people...15.00 a night for pet...No military discount...I show them that I'm a 100% disabled Vet...nothing...I will give this place maybe 3 stars....

There was an envelope in our room for housekeeping yips but they only cleaned the room one time and that was after the first night. The "please clean room" sign was left on the door but on service was done. We had to go to the desk to ask for clean towels.

Would like more flexibility in late check out since the hotel was not packed.

Best out of 6 hotels I have stayed in while in Owensboro including Riverfront hotels. Breakfast was over the top for a comp. breakfast. Daily Room Service was excellent.

We are Florida grandparents to 2 young grandsons living in Owensboro. We visit the city often, this time we wanted to spend some special time with our grandkids and treat them to 2 days of pool fun at the hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. We had a great time!

Room 105: Carpet was stained & overall filthy; the shower curtain was dirty; the nightstand had something sticky all over it; the sheets & pillow cases were so old or dirty that they were stained yellow, the mattresses were so broken down that there were defined lumps in the middle. I also Booked a KING room; upon arrival was told that my reservation was submitted as a DOUBLE and that there were NO king rooms available. I requested a discount for the inconvenience; was told that the rate that I paid was less than what the rate was for a Double room & that I was getting a bargain. 🙄

Morning staff women were rude. Night staff and 3rd shift were great.

I enjoyed the breakfast but bacon was always out and waffles weren’t readily available. Pool wasn’t open late enough for adults to enjoy without screaming kids.

the elevator was terrible. made noises while going up and down and a very jerky ride
