Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room furnishings were a little beat up. Early morning hallway noise due to proximity to the housekeeping work room.
Location and staff were the highlights here.

Nothing against any brand of coffee, but I'd prefer a different coffee be served.
Beds are comfortable. Hotel is about 45 minutes from LA cities.

I did not like the fact, I would leave the tag to refresh the room & the three days we stayed here, we didn’t get a new set of towels.
I enjoyed the staff, always a welcome when I went by. The willingness to assist in anyway what so ever.

Just the noise on the 1st night.
Had a room on the main floor just outside the lobby the first night - VERY noisy all during the night - very irritating. Mentioned it to the desk the next day and they very cheerfully gave us a new room on the 3rd floor. They were kind and accommodating - we were thankful! :)

I did not like the bathroom tub. It was dirty. And the homeless people in the parking lot.

I thought I had booked the one across from Disneyland. I wish you’d of had a shuttle. The cost of 4 cars everyday to park at Disneyland was pricy. I had one daughter that had to leave a day early. The hotel wouldn’t help me. They said I had to talk to Bookings.com. I needed to pay more attention to the addresses.

Poor sound isolation between adjacent rooms. The staff at the reception was a bit rude and unhelpful. When we called them to inform that the body wash dispenser in our bathroom was empty, they did not believe us or were not very interested in providing a solution.
Clean room and facilities. The breakfast was well organized to ensure that hotel guests (especially those that were unmasked) kept sufficient distance from each other and from the food.

We checked to see what time the pool closed and rushed back in time to spend 30 min down there. When we got to the gate it was locked and the front desk staff did not have a key to let us in. The kids were disappointed.

I would have to say that the beds were very disappointing…..they looked very comfortable and inviting, but when you go to bounce onto them it was like bouncing on a board…very hard and not at all comfortable. We had a rough nights sleep!! It’s really sad, as everything else was wonderful…but because of this I will probably not be returning to this hotel….The bed was the deal breaker 🙁
Everything was great….the shower head and water pressure was comforting….the breakfast was good and had lots of choices, it was made to order with eggs and etc…I liked that it could be made to go, for those mornings when we were getting an early start on the go.

The deposit takes a long time to go back to your account a bit misleading when they said they will just put a hold and goes back straightaway .
