Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our restroom toilet was not properly cleaned. Outside pool was not adequate to swim in, water was dirty.

Only stayed for one night, so really nothing negative to say.
The location was great, convenient, and quiet. Close access to major thoroughfare. Close to attractions and beaches. Very clean and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very large walk-in showers. Spacious, highly recommend

The shower was super slippery! You could fall easy in the showers. Our floor stank like cigarettes and mold bad! Overall wasn’t terrible but would be our last choice to rebook at!

Didn't like that the room felt very humid. The sheets were clean, however one of the mattress covers had a visible "yellow " stain on the side.
Staff was extremely friendly. Lobby area was very clean. The breakfast was filling and eating area was clean.

We had to wait about 30 minutes after 3 pm to check in because staff told us our room wasn’t ready as well as my sister’s separate room. During breakfast, there was a coffee spill near one of the breakfast tables so many people didn’t have a space to sit. The spill wasn’t cleaned up until after breakfast time. I planned to go to the pool but there was a family who took up the pool area with their huge speaker.
Everything was better than expected. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. I liked how there was a coffee machine near the entrance with many options for a coffee on the go.

A/C in bedroom didn't work and had to be replaced. Was a third floor ACCESSIBLE suite far from elevator, difficult to manage taking two small dogs out for potty breaks.Was also difficult for a physically disabled senior getting to and from the suite.. While the bed itself wasn't bad, piillows were not good. Very old and worn out and uncomfortable. Was there for 7 days and suite was never cleaned in spite of requests on two days to have room serviced while we were out. . Had to call for trash pick up and clean towels.There is limited cuŕrent tv programming. Pretty much news networks and three basic entertainment networks. A lot of information channels and old programming

The door to the room was hard to open and close. You could hear if anyone was going in or out of the room next to you because of how load the doors are.

People were drinking, grilling right out of the front the night we checked in, I have never seen this outside of an hotel, drinking beers, smoking, and a grill right out the front door!!
The beds were clean and comfortable, good appliances, nice view to the city, great breakfast! 😁

What I didn't like was the female front desk didn't or couldn't put a smile on their face they were not friendly.. the building was too hot. The 3rd and 4th floors were too hot.. no AC .. kitchen and room drawers were messed up, and the fridge door wouldn't open the (freezer part )and it was too far from the downtown no restaurants near by..
The stay was good a gentleman was really helpful and was able to help me with my husband disability being on a wheelchair
