They accommodated a late check-in and had a large well-lit, fenced-in parking lot in back for our two vehicles both pulling trailers.

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of Brownwood. The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are reasonably priced. The bed was a bit hard for my liking, but it was fine for one night.

I didn’t like that I asked for late checkout and I was told I could check out at a certain time and I paid $25 for that time only to be called back saying that the time was no good and I had to check out 45 minutes earlier because a wedding was scheduled to stay in my room specifically.

It was very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and recommend staying here for comfortable beds cleanliness. The breakfast was good.

Housekeeping did not bring coffee refills to my room. I was very pleased that bathroom and Bed was made every day.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice coffee machine in the lobby. Room was huge and had a couch, fridge,microwave and Keurig. Really good room darkening shades. Good safe parking around the back, nice and quiet hotel. The breakfast was adequate. There was a Walmart and other stores right across the road and a barbecue place right next door.

Door going out at the end of the hallway says exit only and you have to have a door card to enter, but it was always unlocked or propped open, never had to have a room card to get in.

the air conditioner would not turn off no matter what temperature we set it to and was set to on and auto didn't work. I had to unplug it so I didn't freeze to death.

We had a lot of noise in our room. All hours of our stay, you could hear thumping and banging.

The staff was very helpful. The gentleman working our last night was very helpful with getting me some orange juice late in the evening to help my mother with a little low blood sugar issue. I witnessed the staff being very helpful and friendly with everyone.

Overpriced for Brownwood, TX

It was in an easily accessible location near restaurants and center of town. It was clean, spacious, staff was friendly, breakfast facilities were nice. I asked for my room to be located near the rest of my family and the man at the desk did so cheerfully.

We did not get the room we originally booked, we got a small double room. They charged us for a king suite and said there was nothing they could do. Fortunately a couple of guys on a business trip had been given a king suite despite requesting a double. So we swapped. The breakfast was biscuits and sausage patties, we waited for the scrambled eggs but we gave up after 15 minutes. The bathroom door did not close properly and wouldn't lock, (obviously)

The room we finally got, the one we paid for, was lovely, clean and spacious. Great toiletries. Lighting was excellent too.

Minor issues with the wet bar faucet and sink. The couch was a bit uncomfortable. A little more cushion would have been great. The single serve coffee was a bit small for me, but they always had it brewing in the Lobby.

It was a great stay. Even though it was only one night, it was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful with everything. This will be our go to Hotel in this town. The suite was above what I expected. The price was only a little more than the rooms.

The only problem we had was the bed was softer than we are used to but definitely not a complaint. If you enjoy soft fluffy beds this place is perfect.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and cool. Loved the fact that the check out time was noon. The breakfast was way more than expectations for a free breakfast. If we are ever back in the area we will be returning.
