Musty smell and stains on carpet in hallway and carpet. Bathroom vanity and sink too low. Shower curtain did not stay closed at either end as the rod was curved downward toward the center.

Like some hotels, the TV or remote system is electronically locked so that one cannot use a streaming box. I often travel with a Firestick and can use it sometimes if the TV allows input selection of an HDMI port.

Hotel exterior modern, room clean but furniture is aged and has some wear. Carpet also somewhat worn. Bed was clean and comfortable, however. Bathroom was also clean. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.

The remote control was glitching and a member of staff reprogrammed it but it continued to glitch and get stuck on one channel. Instructions for finding the shuttle were not clear from the booking website and I ended up at the Airporters line instead for quite a while (I didn't immediately see signs at Seatac for courtesy shuttles). The hotel also required guests to call and request a shuttle despite my having already requested one during the booking process. For most people this would not be an issue, but I was arriving from overseas and didn't have a data plan for the US that would allow me to call. Fortunately there was a courtesy phone at the shuttle rank. The frozen cheesebueger from the lobby vending machine was sub par. I requested toothpaste from the front desk but they were out.

It was clean and convenient and I appreciated the shuttle service and the breakfast. Staff were responsive to my needs.

Noisy. A motorcycle group had a very noisy gathering at the food cart near the parking area. They made a great deal of racket with their bikes and music. We had no maid service for the three days we were there.

Room carpet was kind of wet. I think hotel management should use dehumidifier. I recommended my two relatives after my booking. They got room earlier because we came after a hectic night flight. I requested multiple times to allow me earlier check in. I had to wait until 3:15 pm to get the room key card. That was my big concern

The pool and hot tub were both closed and this should have been stated on the website - they were the main reason I chose the hotel!! Sorely disappointed in this but otherwise I would go back again

The Gentleman who checked us in at Night was not friendly at all. If your gonna be checking guests in for a hotel your gonna wanna represent your City and State and be friendly.

After a long day a traveling from San Antonio TX we checked into our hotel room late, the room and bed were comfy after a long day of flying.

The only thing that spoiled my vacation was the pillows. When you put a larger pillow in a smaller pillowcase, it becomes a stuffed ball. But it's a matter of taste. I like flatter ones. If you do, take yours with you. And some workers were smoking marijuana right under our window. It was extremely unpleasant.

Surprisingly, the room matched the picture on the website, lol. Seriously, normal, good room with two beds. Some wrote that the building is old and there is a smell of old age. I did not notice anything like that. Yes, the hotel is not new, but quite decent for this price. Breakfast is like everywhere continental breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, toast, cereal with milk, yogurts, fruits, juices.

when I first entered the room there was a definite "weird" odor in the room. I was so tired I just went to sleep. When I got up I must have gotten used to the smell because it wasn't as strong. My biggest disappointment was my flight was delayed and I wasn't able to utilize the shuttle because they stopped at 11:30. When people travel they depend on transportation from their hotel and when that hotel limits it is a factor to me selecting a room. Not only did they not have transportation after 11 PM they wouldn't transport me to the Amtrak station less than 1 mile away. So I had to spend an additional $50 in transportation I wasn't expecting.

In general, Ramada hotels tend to be slightly more run down than some of the competition. Although it was a last minute booking since I missed my flight due to the passport control line up and this was the most affordable (still expensive) option.

Staff were very helpful, airport shuttle made things easy. I’m grateful to get a hotel room to sleep in when I was having a rough day at the airport.
