The elevator wasn't working on arrival, but was fixed that evening. Many rooms weren't cleaned at check in time 3:00 p.m.. It was 4 when our room became available. They just finished cleaning and the floor was still wet. The hallway outside our room was dirty, floors not vacuumed, (sand and maybe plaster?).

Breakfast was very good, but standard offerings. The hostess was exceptionally accommodating and thoughtful. Kept everything well stocked and very clean! She even offered the guest there, a hot strawberry tart when they came out of the oven. She had impeccable people skills.

The room smelled on entry. When the AC came on, it got a little better. I recommend putting some air freshener in the rooms.

It's overpriced for the style and type of hotel that it is. I think you are paying for the location to the water although none of the windows are waterfront facing.

There are not very many hotels available in the Sebastian area, we were there for a family wedding and it was conveniently located to the location. The room was spacious and clean. The staff I encountered were all very friendly. The breakfast options were as to be expected and very clean and tidy.

I hate being on route one and the driveway leaving the hotel had a very short but steep ramp that could muck up car, if not careful.

Wonderful, wonderful staff. The room was perfect for one night stay. Everything is comfortable and bathroom is large. breakfast is OK—I’ve had better but the young lady who worked the Breakfast was adorable and such a hard worker! The desktop extremely friendly and was delighted to meet our dogs and give them treats. A very friendly hotel with no smell previous pets in rooms. Location was almost on Indian river — only a block away but one has cross route 1 carefully first. Then one of the most beautiful walks is at your fingertips! Great area, food, tiki bars, music, and fun. Easily reach from hotel.

Our room was right beside the dining room so it got noisy very early. We had a late night and had hoped to sleep late. Next time I will request a room away from the dining area.

We always stay at this hotel when in the area, but noticed that cleaning wasn’t as good this time, unfortunately.

Staff is amazing as always, the ladies at the reception assisted us to amend our booking without any hassle and were very helpful throughout our stay. Location is amazing, lots of restaurants and rental places around.

The person greeting us at the front desk was not available. There was a sign there to call to be checked in. We called (using our cell) and the phone rang behind the front desk. When the front desk person showed up, she bypassed us and went to an adjoining room and proceeded to be on the phone. We were finally able to get checked in after a housekeeping person came by and said Hi, how are you? I said fine if we could get checked in. That's when the person in the back room finally came out and stated that she was busy with housekeeping setup. When she checked us in, she asked the same questions I completed on the pre check-in form. I told her this when she asked for my car my plate number. Her response was, "I don't have time to look at that, so you'll need to give it to me again." Upon check out, there were two girls in front of us and they asked for an employment application. Instead of asking them to wait a minute to assist us, the same front desk person ignored us and went in the back room to shuffle around for an employment application. We left our key cards in the box that was provided and thankfully didn't have to look at or speak with that woman again.This person does not belong at the front desk!
