United StatesTraveling with a service dog and transporting two cats in carriers. I asked for ground floor but the clerk said pet rooms were on the 3d floor only, very inconvenient when you have to take your dog out. The room was large enough but the carpet had something oily on it that stained my clothes. The corners of the beds had obvious urine stains that our dog kept sniffing. The hotel was “pet friendly” in that they want your cleaning deposit but obviously don’t use it to actually clean up after the previous guest. Also, if you remark in your booking that you have animals most properties should let you know the pet policies (deposits, room location, etc) before you book.
The beds were comfortable.

After a long day on the road this was a good comfortable stop Room was clean and comfortable. They had a nice pool and hot tub area for those wanting that amenity. Refrigerator in the room had a freezer which was handy for refreezing our ice pack for the next day. Breakfast was great. Fresh eggs to order, hash browns, bacon, pastries, etc. The woman working breakfast will even make you an omelette..how cool is that! Fuel and fast food options are nearby (McDonalds, Taco Bell) Kind and helpful staff.
