Needs better pillows

The breakfast was not up to the standards of other Best westerns We booked the hotel for three adults. There were only two towels in the room other Best Western’s had four to start with. It is obvious to me that the manager is not trying to run an efficient operation but a cheep one.

It was close to where I was moving to. I made the reservation because the other Best Western Hotels were nice and clean and had great breakfast

There is a wet smell, to the place. Mold/mildew. We had to change rooms because it gave us a terrible headache. The 2nd room was ok but still had that smell when first entering the room. I had to keep the ac and fan on constant. Terrible smell.

The staff was nice. The continental breakfast was great. I washed my clothes and nothing was stolen so that's a positive. Overall, it was pleasant.

Minor on my concerns: Low water pressure but still was hot enough to shower and use the sink. Smoking on the floor where it was strictly no smoking but ppl still were. Would be great to see better TV selections like Pluto, Tubi, Peacock, and Amazon. I think helps to have a variety of TV selections from satellite TV options.

The breakfast made by cook Ms. Veronica was nicely prepared and clean space to eat every stay. (4 days). I forgot to get a photo. But there was a different menu for breakfast daily. Homemade waffles, hot scrambled eggs(too salty prefer no seasoning to salt), even sausage patties and links 😋, plenty of carbs toast bagels as well hot biscuits. I variety of hot tea and coffee was available alongside fruit and oatmeal 😋. Veronica was very pleasant every day it made getting breakfast easy comfortable welcomed and a special request. I was greeted upon check-in by Mrs. Jaime. So patient, kind, and extremely helpful she was to me upon arrival. I called late at night about a loud continuous shaking and banging noise near the window which she called back after I dosed off to sleep but to let me know I can switch to tonight or in the morning when I wake up. I appreciated her not forgetting my problem and worked to get me another available room. I was assisted by Mrs. Gigi the next morning with my room change which needed to be changed again because the air was not working but she made sure I got to see the room and check things out before I stayed in a room that day. She was very very sweet and helpful and went beyond her way to see I had a room with working AC and comfortable. We saw each other daily after and she checked in on me to be sure my room was comfortable. It felt appreciated being a guest in the hotel. This hotel was so clean I was sure I would see paint pulled or stains on carpet and unsuitable room conditions but this looked like a brand new building the way the facility is kept up!!! I can tell the housekeeping cleaning crew and maintenance crew take pride in caring about this establishment. I was impressed by it all. I was so grateful I booked. Wonderful job! Mrs. Gigi made the icing on the cake with how sweet she was on my out the door made me consider re-booking again. I'll be back for sure.

Breakfast was OK. There was a soft spots in the floor through the hall. There was an odor in the hall like a mildew parking spaces were too small for pick ups, location was great everything close by we stay at best western all the time summer excellent and some art

The door on the fitness center did not work for the majority of our stay.

The staff (Kathy & Nicholas) were amazing. They were professional, personable, and prompt. There were a variety of breakfast options each day and the food was good.

The wifi was weak even though they had three of them.

The rooms were nice and clean upon arrival. The customer service staff was great the two that I came in contact with. Told me how to work the wifi. As well as making sure that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was great the waffles with the state on it was cute. and the breakfast was different everyday as far as the eggs biscuits, sausage, with white gravy, links , and all the basics like cereal, toast, French toast, bagels, oatmeal, and lastly a lot of varieties of coffee.

I think it's time to clean the carpet. Rm 103. It has a stinch to it as well. I was eating at the computer desk and noticed very small white bugs. Maybe termites not sure. I cleared them away. Next evening same bugs we're back. I didn't alert front desk upon my checkout. That's the only area I saw then. No biggie. Pool area needs some type of shading. Maybe umbrella tables. It was absolutely No shade.

Well. This is the first time I didn't eat the breakfast. My hubby sorta said it wasn't like it used to be. But, we had plans to try The Breakfast Club and it was worth our time and money. The next morning I slept in no breakfast.
