We thought that there would be a hot tub but it was not working due to a lack of people who are unable to adequately repair it. Unfortunately, according to what we were told, there are not too many people out who are capable of repairing such things.

Good place as we were traveling home. We were comfortable and felt safe. Lady at front desk was very nice. Breakfast was decent.

The couch in our room was very uncomfortable and two people could really use more than one towel each for their stay. Generally women need one towel for their shower and one for their hair. It would also be nice to have more than two washcloths.

Convenient location, good price, very good breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

One, I was hoping to use the pool but it did not appear clean. It had an obvious film layer on the top. Our key cards didn’t work properly. We asked the front desk for help, but they said it was user error. Well, other family members in the hotel also had issues with their cards for their rooms. This user has to blow in the slot like an old Nintendo game in order to get the card to read.

Only 1 ice machine ‘worked,’ and it didn’t really work. Hot tub was ‘closed,’ but immediately next to the pool. The water in the hot tub looked disgusting, which gave concern for the cleanliness/sanitariness of the pool water.

Breakfast was nice, but limited strictly from 6-9 AM. The shower gels were very nice.

The room was in need of minor repairs, but nothing that would cause us not to come back.. The friendlienss of the staff more than made up for any shortcommings

The stafff members that greeted us upon arrival, spoke with us during our stay and wished us well on our way out were exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay

Wakeeney doesn't have much to offer travelers....a couple of restaraunt choices on a Sunday evening would have been nice

The up keep of the outside was bad. I was worried it was abandoned. We pulled in anyway and fortunately it was open. Also the lock to the pool was broken and we had to ask them to open it each time. the upkeep of the pool was terrible. Hot tub had dirt at the bottom and we were told not to go in it. The pool itself was ice cold. 🧊 🥶

It was really great they let us check in early at no additional charge!! The room was clean! The staff were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was ready early and they let's us dig in b4 6. So accommodating since we had a long drive ahead of us!

They had only a thin blanket on the bed but I was able to get a second blanket so I was warm enough.

It was clean and right off the interstate. The bed was comfortable and not too high( ie: difficult to get into.

Hot tub was not operating and it was green. Sign on wall said Jets did not work, however, it had been turned off, chemicals were not adjusted and it was not hot. Very unsanitary

The tub drain was clogged to the point that my ankles got a bath while the rest of me got a shower and the toilet was a screamer when flushed, but I was not expecting the Ritz Carlton when I checked into the Best Western in Wakeeney, Kansas.

This hotel was impeccably clean with new paint, new furnishings and tasteful decor. Bathroom supplies were ample. The staff was very kind.
