Needs general spruce up and face lift. Things like the chipped, formerly painted gray sidewalks make it look tired.

Nice layout, was once a really nice place. Hearty, warm BREAKFAST and cookie at night was good.

At the time we were there work was being done on the facility. It is a little dated but very clean. There was a full breakfast but I think it would have been better if they had just fruit, yogurt, and muffins.

The staff is very friendly. I had no problems with the room or facilities. It was in a very convenient place - close to restaurants, Walmart, and Costco.

The rooms were a bit outdated, the bathroom tub was dirty and the water was slow to drain while showering.

The staff was very friendly, it was quiet and the beds were comfy. The free hot breakfast was very good. Great for a one night stay!

The serving and eating area combined were too small but when it's part of the fee, I'll mix with the crowd.

Obviously with a breakfast 'bar', you cannot fulfill everyone's palette, but River Tree did a very nice job.

It wasn't very clean and a tad run down, two of our pillowcase had stains on them and hair was left in the shower. But the staff offered to reclean and give new pillow cases

Wheelchair could not roll over door threshold. Nothing to hold on to for balance since I had to get out of my wheelchair so my husband could move it in or out of the room. This stopped me from going outside and going across to the restaurant. Do dissappointing

Some front staff were grumpy, beer can under bed tells me not cleaned well, no real blankets or able to get more, not enough towels, and heater in room barely worked.

The room has three beds and was two stories high. Had guest laundry. Also, they helped me by taking cash first night as they don’t do split payments on cards.

The beds do not have a comforter. The bed had a sheet and a very thin woven top blanket. I was cold all night. The heater was loud.

I liked the location. It wasn't far from where I was visiting. The street noise is loud though. They have a nice pool area and provide breakfast. I didn't attend breakfast so can't review that. They provide shampoo and conditioner in a pump connected to the shower. The place was quiet in terms of guests. My room had a cool loft bedroom upstairs in the room. I was the only person in the room but would've been cool if I had my family with me. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the front desk lady was very welcoming and kind.

The hot tub was a bit too hot.

The room was comfortable. We left something in our room. The staff phoned us just a few minutes after we left so we could come back and retrieve our missing item.

Staff was very nice and pleasant! I was devastated when I realized I had left a very special necklace of mine behind, but as soon as I called they had already found it and had it in a safe place to mail back to me! Very grateful!
