We didn't have breakfast. Breakfast ended at 9 am and we didn't come downstairs until 9:14am. We weren't informed where or what time Breakfast was upon arrival. The desk manager kept emphasizing the $100 deposit. We were told "I'll return the $100 deposit of you don't smoke and tear up my property. He said it rudely. I wish I'd gone to Hampton Inn our usual spot where we are silver members. I won't be returning. I'll spend my money where I feel welcomed.

Pool closed, elevator out of date safety inspection. Carpet dirty, tv didn’t work ,parking area poorly lit, landscaping un keep. Mold in bathroom

It appears to be understaffed. Most people were waiting several minutes to check in as the front desk staff are often away from the desk.

There was a strange odor throughout the hotel. 🤔 ng it was animal smell because they allow pets there. It wasn’t horrible. The coffee maker in my room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for some time. The breakfast was blah.

I would go out for breakfast. Not much to choose from.

Multiple lighting fixtures in the room didnt work, the carpet was frayed and sticking up in places, the walls had old damage that had been neglected, the room overall felt dreary and unlit, and several outlets were loose, that is, that they wouldnt hold any plugs in.

The staff at the front desk was kind. The housekeeping staff had a kinder disposition. The lobby was clean.

I didn't like the bed. It was very unconditionally and I would wake up in tremendous back pain.

Tv was broken, told we would have to pay extra to utilize the stopper in the bathtub, wifi was weak and dropped service constantly.

I didnt like how cold it is in the rooms when you first get there. I asked for another room same exact thing, ice box, it took awhile for it to warm up.

Hotel room was dirty. Things didn't work properly like the sockets. Refrigerator was chilled not very cold. Hotel staff when you asked for anything at the front desk were always on the phone with airpods in having conversations.

Hotel was kind of isolated. Kind of difficult to get to which could be good or bad. Right next to a running/walking trail.

1st room smelled badly of marijuana as well as the hallway. 2nd room the linens and bathroom were dirty

The internet was horrible. It kept dropping signal the whole time we were there. The hotel is a bit dated, but clean and good for the price. Breakfast was sad. The typical motel waffle machine and cold cereal. Rubbery (fried?) eggs, sausage. Very few choices. Bread for toast, but no muffins or bagels. No yogurt, etc. Seemed like they were trying to skimp by with as little as possible.

The suite we rented was perfect for the price. The afternoon/evening desk staff (female) was very helpful in switching rooms when our original suite had many maintenance issues (door wouldn't lock, toilet seat was missing bolt, no tissue in room). She quickly gave us another room when it was obvious that there were too many things to repair/fix. The room itself was just what we asked for, clean and reasonably well maintained.

Some stains on the sheets/ towels. The room smelled kind of weird. The tv didn’t work very well and the hair dryer didn’t work at all.

It was a comfortable stay. Breakfast was actually decent. We booked because of the affordable price. In my opinion it met my expectations but did not exceed them.

Pillow cases needed changed due to stains and the breakfast could use some more variety.
