The sheets weren’t clean, the deadbolt didn’t latch, every time I went to the front desk, the staff was in the bathroom and the front desk was unmanned.

The hot tub was broken but still in use the night we got there and then it was marked as broken... they said there was 24-hour office hours and nobody was in there... there was no access to ice after certain hours... our Kleenex ran out in the room and when we asked for some more the girl handed us a roll of toilet paper because she didn't know what Kleenex was because there was a language barrier... their breakfast had a little to no food at 8:00 in the morning and supposedly ran till 9:30... there was a lot of elderly people with canes and limping coming there that they made walk the steps with their bags instead of putting them on the ground floor...

It was very easy to find, the beds were comfortable, it was right around everything we needed, and it had a pool and hot tub...

The front desk wasn’t there majority of the time, went to check out and stood there for 10 mins and no one ever came. They made us go get our own toilet paper out of storage. Otherwise the hottub, pool, and hotel rooms were nice just the staff wasn’t the best

The air conditioner didn't work, so a portable unit was put in. It was very loud and had a bucket of water in the room for condensation. It floor was dirty.

Extremely dated facility, dilapidated and very dirty. Many obvious long-time roof leaks. The hot tub water was very green. The pool deck hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, there were clumps of hair everywhere. The AC unit in our room was leaking and the carpet was soaked. The desk had cigarette burns and the leather on the chair was gross and cracked. The lamps were plugged into a power cord that was draped across the room and was a tripping hazard. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. It was obviously family friendly as a child of a staff member was riding her tricycle in the lobby while we were checking in.

It was dirty. The main lobby by the pool looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a month. There was hair in the shower in our room. The bed was bowed in the middle

The first room we tried was really ruff holes in carpet, dirty and the curtains were falling down so the front desk got us in another room and that room was not clean. It looked like they haven’t vacuumed the floor in a while.And the lock on the door was not working properly.

The pool and hot tub were out of service. We were in town for an ice fishing tournament and booked mainly for the hot tub. Our room was freezing. There was a horrible draft coming under the door that we had to block with a towel and still had to turn the heat up quite high to stay comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Carpets don’t seem to have been vacuumed and there was trash on the floor. Sheets and blankets had black fuzz all over.

This hotel was disgusting. We stayed here with the intention of using the hot tub after ice fishing, but both the pool and hot tub were drained for maintenance.. not a huge issue but still. Then we get to our room. As soon as I took my boots off I felt like I was stepping on a crushed cookie. The floor was filthy and there were a pair of black socks under the table that did not belong to us. The TV remote didn't work and neither did the phone. the bathtub was covered in a brown colored caulking and the drain was plugged with standing water. We had friends staying a couple doors down and we all went down to the pool area to play dominos and even the carpet on the stairs into that area was atrocious, like the establishment does not own a vacuum. We also had to keep a towel by the bottom of the door because our room wasn't inside the hotel, it was on the balcony, and when the wind picked up it felt like the ac turned on. The microwave and drawers has old food inside them, and like the carpet, probably haven't been cleaned in a long time. I don't know if the owners are renovating or just plain don't care, but $60 a night for two nights is insane for what it was. Highly disappointed.
