The staff was hreat

Water temperature, wall cleanliness

The location was quite decent. A bit far from the city center if you were to walk.

The breakfast was not good. They could have afforded a little more variety.

Rooms not clean. Coffee pot did not have the strainer so could not make coffee. Fridge froze everything even when turned down between off and 1. The hair dryer was sparking and would t stay running. The person who checked me I would not honor the new rate I had found thru booking.com which was $600 cheaper.

The bed was comfortable and the location was what we wanted. The room was large enough but we did get a suite and not a standard room. The pool area was nice and no one was ever there.

Bike Rally week prices were insane! Normally $95 a night and we paid 6x that. Breakfast looked NOTHING like the photos. Even arriving at 7am, you might find 5 plain bagels, 7 slices of bread, stale cereal, coffee, and 2 cups of yogurt. No fruit, no juice, and the only hot food we saw was biscuits & gravy one day and sausage links another. No eggs. No waffle batter. It was noisy, right by the interstate. We had only one chair to sit outside in. Indoor chair & curtains were in poor repair.

My son and I had reserved a room at this hotel for the 85th Sturgis motorcycle rally. We were given room #25 and the room itself was somewhat rough, with poorly mudded walls that hardly appeared to be a finished job. The carpeting had been patched where a wall appeared too have been removed. The bathroom sink and tub drains would back up and leave you standing in a couple inches of water while showering. We had a four day reservation and on the evening of the second day the ceiling in the bathroom sprung a leak and had obvious signs of having previously been an issue. I had spoken with the front desk person that evening and having been informed that they did not have another room to move us into, we found another hotel. The next morning I spoke with the day manager and the owner of the hotel and I was informed by the owner that I would be refunded for the two days that we would not be staying. I have yet to have received my refund and I am pursuing this issue with Booking.com as well as PayPal. I have also reported this to the Sturgis Building department.

The breakfast was a Big Fail. There was nothing left at 8:30 when we went down. Never tried again!

Nothing, only stayed there cause all the good places were full. This hotel is a dump, and needs major work! Way way overpriced!!!!

1st thing I don't care if it's a rally or not, that place is not worth even half that price you ripped me off. That hotel is only worth $50 per night, the beds were worn out old, the worst pillows ever. The bathroom and the sink should have been separated with doors. The door leaked, had bugs in it, and the lights kept flickering. Overpriced dump! I should be refunded some since it was so dumpy! The breakfast was disgusting with nothing good to eat, I had to spend more money on breakfast cause you can't cook good food for people . Bullshit!

We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and the air conditioning unit was leaking, which left the floor constantly wet. In addition, the key card stopped working every day and had to be reset at reception, which became very frustrating. Basic amenities like clean towels were not provided unless we specifically requested them. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and inconvenience made for an unpleasant stay.

It was an affordable room.

The sheets weren’t clean, the deadbolt didn’t latch, every time I went to the front desk, the staff was in the bathroom and the front desk was unmanned.
