Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe smoke detector had plastic over it. The fire doors to the stairwell didn’t and weren’t kept closed. Towel holder in the bathroom had rust on it. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The mattress needed to be replaced.
It was just off the interstate with easy access.

United StatesWhen we arrived, the window was wide open without a screen in it. So right away I shut the window and look for bugs and animals and anything else that might’ve gotten in. We recognize why the window was open because it smelled very musty and dirty inside the room. There were several little bugs on and in the bed that might’ve been from the window being open. The pillows did not smell clean nor did the sheets. Very dated toilet and shower with stains. Very loud fan in bathroom.

United StatesWe were offered a room, queen suite, that had been under construction and was open to the frame of the wall with mold and insulation. We should have been offered two rooms or another option of a king suite. Bathroom fan was overly loud and door to room did not lock. There was a cup of some sort of curdled milk under the bed skirt that smelled strong and awful. We were exhausted and just needed sleep, so we excepted the room. Thinking on it now, it was not appropriate for any guest to have stayed in that room. Hot tub was not working either. Floors/stairs to pool area were very slippery.
The sheets were clean and main lobby and dining are were clean

United StatesMy air conditioning was acting up & it took forever to cool off the room once I got it to stay on. The ceiling in my room looked like it had leaked a nice amount of water at some point. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There was no phone in my room to be able to call the front desk. & lastly, the smoke detector was taken off of the ceiling & was stuck in a drawer. I stay at actual Best Western Hotels often & the SureStay Plus being a hotel by Best Western, I expected more.

United StatesThe room was not made up at all when we arrived. It was evening. It was filthy. No maids were on duty, and we were told it should have been made up. I ended up requesting sheets, making the beds. The lady at front desk helped clean with me. We were told this was the last room. Had I not been traveling with someone, and had kids with me, would have went on to somewhere else.

United StatesThe parking lot was filled with people standing around. Some dude yelling at someone on the first floor, banging on a door and cussing up a storm didn't bring the most secure feeling. The hallway carpets were dirty and the security door wasn't secure. Anyone could walk in anytime. Our room door was ajar when we got up there and it didn't lock properly. You could see into the hallway thru the gap of the door. Surprisingly, it was quiet to sleep so that was a plus as that's the only reason to stop here.
The location was good as we were just passing thru and needed a place to stay for the night. I was able to book on the road and it was ready when I arrived. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and helpful.
