Really enjoyed this property! Breakfast exceeded my expectations. We ate there every morning. Staff was friendly and gave good recommendations for local places to go! Facility was clean too!

Our only complaint was the room heater unit fan was VERY loud. It was cold enough that we needed to run it most of the night, but made sleeping well a challenge.

Sorry, we did not eat breakfast this time at the motel.

The room was not very clean. And it's a bit noisy. You can here the cars on the road, the train, and people in the nearby rooms.

The location (if you need to go to CSU) is excellent. Many places to eat at walking distance. The staff is super friendly and polite.

The carpet needs changed and the constant dripping sound was truly annoying. We left at 4 am because we couldn't sleep.

Rates were raised WAY higher due to it being family weekend at CSU. This is both unethical and exploits people who are just trying to see their child who recently went away to college. The cost was ridiculous! The breakfast was not good.

The rooms where very dated and run down. It's surprising that this is the case based on the location and access to the university as well as the downtown. The cost was excessive for the condition of the rooms.

The location of the BW is excellent for access to downtown Fort Collins. It is also very close to the CSU campus. The BW has bicycles available for use which is a nice option to have. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it so not sure about the actual condition.

Overall ot was a good stay... the exception was that the AC wasn't working in our room the first night and we had to a bit of switching but the staff was accommodating. The bathroom Lights were flickering pretty much every time we went in but not too bad.

I loved the staff! Nick was very good and very attentive. The front desk was as well 😁 I would go again.

I was prepared to have to sleep with AC on and although I've seen worse in terms of noise, it was quite loud. But the fridge was argualbly even louder when it came on. The breakfast was decent but I did find a bit of pastry that appeared past due so didn't try any more of those.

I was attending a conference st CSU, and so the location of the hotel was perfect for walking to the campus, just across the road. The old town is also some 20 min walk down the road. There is a limited selection of places to eat nearby, otherwise you'd probably want to cycle/drive downtown or to the other side of the campus where there is more choice. The staff were helpful and friendly at every stage. Special shout out to the gentleman overseeing the breakfast, forgot to ask his name The room was clean and comfortable. Bike rental was a nice add-on, which I happily used to explore the area a bit.

The room was smaller than expected and a bit outdated. Also, the breakfast could have used more hot/fresh items. Finally, the price we paid was really high for the room we had. I realize this was a graduation weekend markup, but it was quite a markup!

The location was, of course, excellent, given we were in town for a graduation at CSU.
