Broken and filthy heater/AC. Dirty shower curtain. Broken TV. Possible signs of bedbugs, notably small stains on the mattress that might have been bedbug feces. Clerk wasn't there in the morning to check me out.

No staff to check us in despite being the middle of the day. Shower handle didn't work right and TV didn't work at all. One of two reading lights on the bed didn't work and the lights over the sink didn't even have a switch connected to it. At checkout, there was an attendant whose attention I had to get from her phone conversation by knocking on the glass, which seemed to annoy her.

Room was reasonably priced and relatively clean. Bed was comfortable and location was convenient for our purpose. We got a reduced online price, but sometimes you do get what you pay for. Area was quiet and close to a very nice downtown.

Three lights in the room didn't work. The manager wasn't in the office and could only be contacted by phone. The woman who was in the office did not speak English. At $90 for a single person for one night, the price was ridiculously high and the value was low.

The facilities were a little run down, the towels were paper thin, and the tv remote didn’t work.

The floor was wet my entire visit . I think was a result of the heavy rain that day. I don’t think this was thru any fault of the staff and ownership. But the ground floor stayed damp and wet.

Everything ….too many people loitering in front and rear of motel ….….room was in rear….. rear was dirty and unkept,….check in area dirty and need of repairs ,….door to room needed repairs …..definitely a sub-par motel….after my key card failed to open door because it was not activated we chose not to stay because of safety issues and fear of vandalism

The floor & the night strand were very dirty, there was dust all around the tv & tv strand, bed was extremely uncomfortable, there was stained all around the sheets & blankets, towels also looked used. There’s a lot more but you get the picture.

The price really that’s about it.

No motel signage so difficult to identify it in the dark and office was hard to see where it was. Not in a very good part of town and off the main commercial area. No plastic cups for water, no tissues and could not determine where there was ice. Noisy upstairs above room. Pet policy posted in office may be different from online description.

This place is run down. The light over the sink was out, the floors were very visibly dirty, and the sheets were stained. It looked to me as though the owner/manager rents out most of the rooms on a monthly basis and it felt seedy. We had to call to get someone to check us in and whoever answered our call was not pleasant. We stayed only one night and were out as soon as possible the next morning.

The motel is right next to the state fair grounds, but that is where the good things end.

There was a used washcloth still hanging in the shower. I was able to take a shower, but the knob broke when my husband tried to shower. There were no clear channels on the TV .

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
