Bianco Sands was the perfect way for our family to spend the end of summer! The apartment was cozy, comfortable, had everything we needed and more, extremely clean and so quiet. We loved having all the extras like a full kitchen, beach gear-wagon, umbrella, cooler, and beach chairs; and the short walk to the beach nearby..it was perfect. The Beachside Management team couldn’t have been better! Jamie at the front desk at check in was so kind and helpful. They were extremely organized and communicative. Our cleaning lady Corona also did an amazing job, our apartment was sparkly cleans and they even brought us extra towels during our stay. It was quiet and close to all restaurants and shops. We didn’t take advantage of the free trolley and bike rentals but love that they offered that! We can’t wait to come back next summer! Highly recommend!

The beds were really hard. The bathrooms small so there wasnt anywhere to put your things around the sink. The 2nd bedroom had NO bureau or place to put your things on.

My only complaint is a slight inconvenience. It felt a bit stingy to only get 1 dish pod, 1 dish towel, 2 trash bags and two tiny bars of soap and no salt and pepper or liquid hand soap for the bathroom. The kitchen was so nicely stocked with good cooking and storage containers that it would have been absolutely perfect if we would have been given just a few extra supplies.

What a gem! Loved our unit! It was spacious and clean and new. All the furniture was very comfortable and the beds were great. The beach was gorgeous at point of rocks, filled with shells and was an easy 5 minute walk. Beach wagon and chairs were so handy. Trolly took us anywhere we needed to go. Pool was small but actually the perfect size and depth for our 5 and 6 year old granddaughters. Bianco Sands was everything we needed to enjoy a special family beach vacation.

Modern, new and bright. Kitchen well stocked. Super close walk to the beach and to get coffee and food at the local marts. Check in was very easy and the staff were extremely friendly. The unit provided beach chairs, beach wagon, and umbrella. Bike rentals were down in the village and easy to access. Best sunsets on the beach! Will definitely be back.

Having to call to have to go somewhere else to sign in and get the paperwork, which we went directly to the address expecting the office on the property sight.. Should have been told from the get go just to go to the office (elsewhere) upon arrival.

There was nothing to dislike.

Tos is our 3rd year staying at this complex. Everything was nicely updated after the hurricanes. The location is perfect. It's within walking distance of restaurants and shops yet not in the overly congested area. The beach access is literally at the end of the block. After hours check-in was really easy and convenient. We plan on booking for 2026.

I loved the location. A quick walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean. The sheets and towels smelled really good. It has all the basic stuff you need even a wagon with beach chairs. The pool was nice and clean. Very quiet and peaceful too. 7/11 is a 3 min drive. I look forward to staying here again with my family. We had a great time.

I am unsure if it is left out of the maintenance plan or if someone is not doing his job, but sitting outside will be a lot more pleasant if you don't have to cover yourself with mosquito repellant from head to toe. Also, it would be beneficial if every building had a hose bib to wash the sand off your feet and beach stuff. There is only one by the pool with no hose. Cleaning everything before we packed it back in the car was challenging.

The place was clean and neat, with plenty of space. The bedrooms were a good size, with big closets. There is plenty of outside seating to have your morning coffee or dinner. The pool is lovely and well-maintained. The beach is 2 minutes' walk down the road: no steps or ramps. It is the last beach on the island, so it is not as wide as the rest of the places. It gets a little crowded with a high tide, but it is lovely.

It was very difficult to close the shower water completely and hearing water drip all week. The washing machine was unbalanced and made a huge ruckus when used.

All the step ups are fall risks for anyone with walking issues. No lamps in living room, overhead lights & lamps in bedroom are glaringly bright, needs screen doors and window screens (most windows are caulked shut or don’t open at all), only basic cable, sofa needs cleaned or replaced, visibly dirty (we covered with a sheet), no other comfy seating except high table chairs. Out side seating is nice area but chairs are plastic and cracked needs replaced,no screen room in this cottage, no dishwasher or washer dryer.

We were in cottage 18B. Close to the beach, provided beach wagon, small cooler, sand chairs, very well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, hot water is hot, great water pressure, ceiling fans, size of resort, well kept pool, plenty of tables & sun chairs, size of this 1 bedroom is adequate for 2, a bit tight for 3. Out side seating is nice area, no screen room in this cottage, no dishwasher or washer dryer.

The location was great. We had the 3 bedroom apartment. There were 8 of us, and there was plenty of room. It was clean, other than sand on the floors.

Pool area not large enough for number of apartments. Not enough sun loungers and ones that were there were the cheap plastic type and not very comfortable.

Office staff pleasant and helpful. Maintenance guy and maintenance/cleaning lady were both really friendly and extremely helpful.

Minor maintenance issues…blinds broken on one window (had to put up a towel for privacy). Washing machine would drain out water, had to wring clothes out by hand.

We had a couple of minor repairs that we reported on out 2nd day of an 8 night stay. The repairs were never completed. One of the closet light switches was not functioning and needed to be replaced. One of the bathroom sink spouts was clogged and we could not get good water flow from it. These things were really no big deal, but I would otherwise give the property a 10.

Great location just a short 5 minute walk from the beach. The host provides beach accessories(i.e. chairs , towels, beach wagon with sand wheels ,and small cooler). The condo was very nice with a full kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, washer & dryer. There is also a small pool on the premises.
