My room was not cleaned and no new towels. I had to go to the front desk myself the next morning to get towels.

The slides in the pool area should have a lifeguard or someone watching. Children were not following the rules of the slides and kids were getting hurt- to the point where the staff had to shut the slides down (which was probably for the best). the G entrance doors did not close easily & i think that could be a security issue with uninvited guests. you could open the doors without using your key.

i liked the upgraded tv, and the fact that it had a microwave & mini fridge. my child enjoyed the pool/water slide.

Room door was difficult to open/close. Door "stuck" in the jamb in upper right corner, so you had to pull/push very hard to open and it made a loud scraping noise. Ice machine was out of order.

Parking lot is secure. Location is relatively quiet.

The room itself left something to be desired. Needs update and modifications to current condition.

Proximity to work related needs. Shopping and dining within agreeable distance. The restaurant and separate bar inside hotel a bonus. The convention center was nice and appeared to be recently updated to accommodate large gatherings with multiple room options. Staff at location were helpful and friendly.

One of the bed frames was broken and a sharp metal peace was sticking out it cut 2 of us. There was a random sock by the table 🤢...the pool was awesome but big kids will drowned little ones if your not careful they just jump down the slide right on top of smaller kids

It's got everything you need the pool was great u don't have to leave the hotel for dinner or coffee in the mornings

The hotel is just so run down. I would expect a convention center to be ready for professionals but this is clearly a hotel that has seen a lot of traffic. There are scuff marks on every wall, the bathrooms are outdated and it just feels shlumpy.

I wasn't a fan of paying for a very simple breakfast. I wish the pool was open a little later. The bed was uncomfortable.

they gave me the same key to a room as another person and luckily they weren’t in there when we opened the door , then i got discourgarged by the front desk for wearing a hoodie over my swimsuit 10 minutes after pool closed for being “inappropriate”

The room wasn’t very clean, the bathrooms around the hotel had a horrible smell and the construction made navigating the parking lot a bit of a chore.

The lobby was very inviting and the staff was amazing!

A blonde girl that worked in the bar/casino was were rude to my husband and me multiple times.

The water slides were very fun! And the bed were very comfortable

We had no service the second day and had to ask for clean towels and get the garbage dumped. Someone did come promptly.

The front desk attendant was so nice, she moved here from Atlanta and was great. Wish I would have got her name. The facilities were nice: bar, lounge, casino, and pool. Maybe too many kids at the pool but that's not really a complaint. The bartender was a bit rude telling us we would have to throw our drinks away in the casino that we had from the room even though we planned on having more drinks there too. Obviously we left after her attitude and didn't have more but overall nice stay.

It was very outdated. The bed was like a big cloud that I sunk into and couldn’t roll out of. The shower kept going from warm to hot.
