How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewI honestly don’t know what to say about this property. I did not like the ring bell. I felt like we were being watched and our privacy invaded. It was outdated and the guest room was nicer than the master bedroom. But I think the one thing that was the worst thing of all was the TV. Couldn’t figure that out and so we had no TV for a week eight nights which is fine I guess but I was a couple shows that I would’ve liked to watch when we were home at nights.. and they never fix the pool lights so we couldn’t be in the pool after seven. Tell that the two teenage girls..
Pool lights never got fixed. noise from the new construction next-door. The ring on the doorbell really annoyed me and the washer and dryer was not a good fit for short people.

I did offer to come by and personally show how to work the TV, and I understand how disappointing it was not to be able to enjoy it during your visit. The washer and dryer are standard height, though I know they may feel less convenient depending on preference. Regarding the pool lights, those are managed by the HOA and unfortunately couldn’t be addressed during your stay. The Ring doorbell is located outside and is used only for exterior security, never inside the home. We appreciate your comments about the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and nearby construction noise. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and I hope you were still able to enjoy your time in the area.

Verified reviewThe location is amazing, and one of three reasons I booked at this location. The other two reasons were the pool and the outside porch areas from the master suite and second bedroom. I understand that the property being well maintained is definitely a plus, yet it definitely created a ‘stuck’ feeling to see the pool and fresh air outside but being unable to utilize either of them. I also understand no one ‘did anything wrong’. It was bad timing on our part, good timing for the next people 💫! If these are my biggest complaints, I am blessed 🙏🏼
I was disappointed to be in the condo during the time our porches were being ‘up-graded’ because we did not have access to outside private space from the condo. The pool area was also unavailable due to the construction. I am very pleased with the overall care given to the property. My daughter and I apparently picked the wrong week to visit, because two of three of our ‘reasons for booking’ amenities were unavailable to us.

The air conditioning was set at 74 degrees and it was too warm in my opinion.
We are sorry that you had trouble with the AC thermostat. We checked it and it was working fine. You are able to move the temperature to your desired comfort level. I would agree that 74 degrees in the south is warm! We hope you enjoyed your stay and will consider us again next time.

Way too far from the beach . And the condo was dusty . No one was there at 3 o’clock on Wednesday, July 3 for check-in . We never saw any staff the whole five days we were there.
Brad, Sorry to hear these things after you have left. Our condo is directly across the street. We could only be closer if we were on the beach. The walk is less than 500 steps. As for cleanliness we will let our cleaning crew know and check for dust. We usually get rave reviews for the cleanliness. Our condo is not a hotel so staff is not available 24/7. This is why we give you the codes for check in. If you need assistance that is what we are here for. We never received any notification that you had any issues. We hope on your next trip to Biloxi you will have a better experience.

Verified reviewLocation was great! The place was clean and inviting. The beds were comfy and slept great. We had everything we needed, and the host was amazing!
It's on the third floor with no elevator. The second floor of the stairwell is not sealed well so the rain blows in. The condo is dated, but cozy. The pillows in the master were flat so if you like fluffy pillows bring some from home.
