The pool looked nasty, disappointed about not having a hot tub. Pool needs to bed bigger and the pool area needs to be remodeled. Paint peeling off ceiling and big open spot in ceiling where something once was. Very unattractive. Takes away from beauty of hotel.

I liked the location, the lobby area was beautiful, the rooms were nice.

The carpet had huge brown sticky spots- it needed to be replaced or severely cleaned. Which i don’t think it can be- looks very old. There was a overpowering floral air freshener somewhere in the room which aggravated my asthma.

Right near the highway Also close to Frankenmuth Bed was clean and firm, comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

There was NO wiggle room on early check in it was 3 and that was it. It's a BIG place and there was not many guests maybe 10?

The room (#135) was not clean. Upon entering the room, I found hair in the sink which was partially clogged and backing up even after I removed the hair. The room was invested with insects which included mosquitos, flies, spiders and other insects; there were spider webs filled with insects at the base of the AC unit which appeared to have been there for quite some time. Finally, the door leading to the exterior was very hard to open and close because the door hit was too tight against the door jamb.

The lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool very much.

I booked on booking app and I paid for 1pm late check out for 25$ when I checked in she confirmed at the desk, but when I checked out the staff that was there asked me why I was checking out at 1 and I needed to tell someone. When I informed her the staff confirmed at check in and showed her my confirmation online and she said they don’t offer late check out but if they do it’s at 12 and again told me I needed to tell someone bc they had people cleaning rooms, which I assumed they were cleaning the regular check out time rooms and not who paid for late check out so that was confusing. The little fridge didn’t get too cold and didn’t have a little freezer part but we bought like pizza rolls and stuff so we couldnt use those but no big deal. When we got there the conditioner was empty so I found out after my daughter showered she told me there wasn’t any in there which again no big deal I called down and got some but inconvenient since she had barely any to use on her thick hair but easily problem solved. No extra garbage bags in the cans since I’m the guest who cleans the rooms before leaving so had to call down and get an extra bag so I didn’t leave a mess. There was signs about pool and spa so naturally I assumed there was a hot tub but there isn’t one. Nothing major at all and I enjoyed our stay especially bc we were able to spend time alone since we never saw anyone else besides in the pool at 9pm when we had it all day so we left so they could enjoy it for the hour left by themselves as well.

I brought my 10 yr old daughter and her 10 yr old cousin just got a girls get away tues-thurs it was very quiet and peaceful. We had the pool to ourselves for majority of the time we were there. Staff was nice that checked us in.

The microwave in the room did not work. The restaurant is no longer open. Honestly looks like the place is not going to be around much longer since there were only 4 cars in the parking lot the whole time we were there.

We booked this hotel again after staying here a year or so ago hoping it would have the amenities that made us love it last time. The one thing that remained the same was the older lady who runs breakfast. She is SO kind and helpful with anything you may need. We loved chatting with her and seeing her in the mornings. Unfortunately, there’s a hot tub advertised, but it is closed and has been filled with concrete. There was also a full bar and kitchen last time, but this time it was closed as well. They say they’re in the process of getting a liquor license to reopen that section which I hope is true. Unfortunately, without the hot tub or food/drinks this hotel just wasn’t worth it for us. The price and value were still okay, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

I liked it other than the people in the pool who were drinking heavily and making bad decisions but that was not anything the hotel was at fault for.

It was clean and great for the price that we paid. The shower was broken but we managed.

I liked everything! Prior to staying at this hotel, I read the reviews. I was a little nervous to stay here with my family. Totally found out people that were whining about different things, we’re expecting a five star experience while paying 2 to 3 star prices. The breakfast is included in the price, is good and has far more choices than I have at home for breakfast. The pillows are a little on the smaller size, but are big enough, comfortable and didn’t adversely affect my ability to sleep. *We didn’t use the pool but the water was cold.

Although the property is a little older, it’s very well cared for. The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. The breakfast was good with plenty of options for my family.
