The room smelled bad, the bed sheets had not been changed, and there were hairs from the previous guest. I couldn't find anyone at the front desk to check out in the morning.

There was no coffee. Not even cups in the room for water. No hand towels. Walls were paper thin. In our room was a TV on the floor behind the desk. Im assuming it was broken. They had a pool but looks like they havent used it in years. They had beds stacked in the pool room by the hot tub. This is definitely not a classy motel. Im unsure if I will stay there again.

The room smelled heavily of Marijuana and cigarettes. Bathroom towels were dingy. Broken window latches and safety door latches and there was a hole in the bathroom door. Lots of smokers around the building including staff. I have Asthma and this was NOT a good place for me to have stayed but it was last minute since there was no record of my reservation at the hotel from BOOKING.COM. I even had a confirmation number sent to my email for the reservation. My room overlooked the Gateway car dealership next to the hotel, so it was a bit difficult to sleep with the bright lights on in the dealership car lot. Thank goodness I brought my sleeping mask. There is a pool/hot tub however there was no water in it and look like it has not been used in a while since there were extra bed mattresses stored next to the hot tub. There is an area for breakfast but is not used to serve guests. No coffee is served either. The fitness room was dark so I cannot say if it was in use. My overall if you can stay someplace else that may have what you need. It costs to be served well.

The sink let the water right down to the floor, shower didn't shut the door. No breakfast, machine were out of order.

We ended up checking in late the room wasn’t ready so I didn’t have a chance to look because I had to get going to a Bach party and when we came back and saw it we immediately checked out. There was food and dog husk bones under the bed, the sheets were very used with stains and black hair all over. (Women’s hair) there was multiple fake nails on the floor. We pulled the bed away from the wall to make sure there’s no bugs(I do this everywhere) and the sheets literally stuck to the wall and had to be pulled off. There’s ONE lock that barely worked. The upper safety was taken off, the deadbolt wouldn’t turn over and when you closed the door you had to jam it and then pull on it to ensure it’s locked. There was people arguing there with themselves if you catch my drift. Over all it was VERY unsafe. We ended up booking another hotel immediately and leaving. It even had garbage like fluid dripping down the wall in certain areas which unfortunately i did not photograph.

The staff understood why we left and said that they’d accommodate a refund.

Nothing. It was a mess. There was newspaper under the destination to level it out. It smelled like urine and someone was smoking Marijuana in the bathroom recently. This property is a scam, they have two names for the hotel at the same address. Bison and Quality inn. I booked both and found out it was the same hotel. Couldn't cancel because of policy. This is fraud

The cleanliness and drugs around the premises

Checked in a 9:30 and left around 11 didn’t want to be there any longer !!!! Facilities and room was filthy and I requested a refund from property and booking , I was told they only had 1 housekeeper which is unacceptable as well !!!! Don’t waste your money of time on this dump !!!!!

Although, they are trying to clean up the property in every which way. In my opinion , they have a long way to go to receive a fair to average rating from any guest staying in their property.

Filthy, unsafe (four patrol cars were at the property when we checked out …), very run down, smelly, broken walls, doors, safety locks, smoke butts all over the place …you name it

The 2 days that I had to stay their due to my apartment catching fire from another tenant and I was dis places and as I am going through devastating time I was happy to go back to my room and relax and watch tv to unwind my mind and we'll tv did not work the two days I was there had worker come look at it and well they just tried and left and hurd nothing back called when I got off work later that night and they told me that they know nothing about tv and maintenance will fix it tomorrow I said I am leaving that day and I wanted to relax while I had my room and I was told I could stay another night and then next day it all changed told me no I can't stay told me then I could only get ten bucks back then when I checked out he changed that to ten off my next stay I was appalled their was no concern that the room was dirty when I got there I showed the guy drug paraphernalia I found in room when I got in to the room and all I wanted was some compassion and a tv to settle my mind and hey did not so that for me I am calling corporate and or osha

Very dirty lots of shady people staying there and hanging around. The first room we got in was very dirty some kind of sauce on the tv and walls found a cap for hypodermic needle under the tv. We switched rooms and it had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke

The drug users, dealers, and streetwalkers at night. It would be nice if they would just go away. They be harassing the front desk guy, high as heck, and having cops show up. They're annoying!!! Three times we found needles in the rooms.

The guy who works the front desk is such a nice guy. He's always really nice and welcoming. He even reduced the price for us and held a room during a busy weekend. My family was going through a rough time and it was nice having someone considerate. The prices are always reasonable.
